If it is new , then god help the game .. I don’t care how early it is ,….it looks like garbage..and it wont get much better .i seen indie games “IN EARLY DEVELOPMENT” that looks better than that.
The real truth is Team ICO has been gone for a few yrs now but, Sony wont tell you that(not even one of them stayed) It’s why ‘Last Guardian’ was trash..
nothing but a RE_RE-Master .. it was remastered earlier this gen.. and now again..
