Yu Suzuki ought to be on the same rank as Miyamoto but the years have really been hard on him. The best thing for this game would be to be fully funded by a third party publisher and released as a multiplatform title as I just don’t see the finance from the public. Metal gear 5 cost over 80 million dollars to make and most triple A games are within that neighborhood so to think 6 million or even 10 would deliver seems exaggerated. Sony has shown they’re not interested in funding the game just the marketing so why continue wasting time only to come back mid year for some money again just look at mighty no 9 after all the funding and promise the game was downgraded and delayed. With a great deal of amazing games releasing this year and with no event like E3 to advertise it’s doubtful they can raise the same amount they garnered at E3.
