I think it was dumb not to include something more than basically just slapping an ENB onto the game. Why would you now add a version of the settlement system from Fallout 4? How about new models, animations, and textures? There is nothing next gen about this game. It is adding a couple graphics effects it ripped off from Boris ENB work and slapping a 60 dollar price tag on it. Bethesda is becoming bEthesdA.
