Um, there is no digital foundry report on the PS4 you dumbassss. There is a hands-on article released 3 days ago stating the game is 1080P and 60FPS on PS4 though :^). Barely runs 30FPS, barely runs 20FPS. It seems the more you are proven wrong, the more obtuse you become. We have already covered Bloodborne. Dropping frames seldomly online due to lag is hardly a bad thing. Especially considering the game looks better than every game released on PC to date. If they would have held the PS4 release by a year and a half, it would be 60FPS as well. It’s called optimization.
