I replayed BF2 on my PS2 leading up to this new one and I can say I agree with Dice’s approach and his statements. My buddy and I dreaded those god awful space missions and hoped they would nix them for the new Battlefront and I’m glad they did! I had a Party of Five (dating myself here) then of seven in the new BF and no one wanted to play Fighter Squadron due to PTSD of the previous BF games. It quickly became our favorite mode of play. Maybe you’re in the minority on this one, but to call a game neutered because its missing ONE mode that many people don’t care for is kind of
