I'm pleased with the game experience but find it very, very shallow. There's no sense of discovery. It would be fun to progress through a campaign that unlocked new worlds with each level instead of having a pitiful few planets laid out before you like an appetizer tray with no main course. There's obviously vehicle AI as exhibited by the so-called training missions, so why not provide single player and co-op vehicle levels. X-wings vs. TIE fighters over the Death Star, anyone? How is any of this difficult? The answer is, it isn't. It's just being withheld. $60 gets you the minimal game engine with the real content coming later for more cash. THAT is what sucks, and it's the reason why I'll probably never buy another game on the release date.

Star Wars Battlefront? It’s okay, but there is a much better Star Wars-esque game being developed. Star Citizen will have dog fighting, fps, multi-crew ships, boarding mechanics, bounty hunting, and allow you to play as pretty much any profession you can think of.

For those interested, you can sign up here and get extra
in-game currency.

There is a free flight period til October 25th where you can
try out all the ships that are flight ready:
