Sony doesn't announce it like steam but they sure do keep records because they need to know throughout the year when the peak load is and whether its getting higher or lower so yes they know exactly how many people are logged in and they most certainly log it. To not acknowledge that is a bit stupid

The point clearly being made to you is that Sony doesn't do concurrent records like Steam as I explained fully above.

IF you want to show me PSN/PS+ concurrent records like Steam then please do so.

So are you trying tell me they don't know how many people are logged into there service at any one time?! That's the simplest bit of info they can log. Of course they do. If they can tell me what I bought a game on, ps4, mobile app, web browser on a computer, what IP address it's using and the exact time bought it... They damn sure know how many people are logged in at once

Sony doesn't do concurrent records like Steam, they do the amount of accounts for PSN made etc. While steam uses PC gamers logged in to the service simultaneously ( concurrent records )

Completly different and far from the same thing.

I know this but Steams "Concurrent User Record" just means PCs are connected to steam.. Whish is why I stated *When my PC is on it's connected auto- to Steam but I'm not online using Steam gaming* meaning that Steam figures doesn't mean that amount of people were gaming.

"But the point is if your paying for PS+ to go online why would you keep your console offline?".."Whats the point in that if you keep your console offline??"...... I will answer.

I have the main PS consoles downstairs all online. I've joined PS+ from day one since it released. I have placed my account onto the PS consoles that are ( offline upstairs ) so my younger aged family can play the PS+ games I downloaded onto the consoles. My family that are older aged use the consoles downstairs online as I have no worrries about them doing this.

(( unchecking Steams start at launch option )) This shouldn't need to be uncheaked to begin with IMO as some people don't even know that's it's doing that, it should have been made to ( accept online login like PS Consoles ) and not just login in as standard.

hmm comign to think of it think i did have to check stay online, it was 1 1/2 years ago when i had it. But the point is if your paying for PS+ to go online why would you keep your console offline? the whole point is so a friend can message you or start a party chat or invite you to an online game or something. Whats the point in that if you keep your console offline?? you may do that but i can guarantee the majority of other people keep it online. Besides it no different then just unchecking Steams start at launch option

Fact is if you have a PS4 online you do NOT have to be logged into PSN or PS+ to play games ( even when starting the console up for the very first time ) as it is NOT auto logged into any account whatsoever ( unless you make it so )..Same for PS3

You are not auto logged in when turning your PS4 on ( unless you have auto login set ) to that account.
