Any game can run at 60 fps...provided enough &quot;candy&quot; is eliminated.  I mean, my older PC runs a lot of &quot;newish&quot; games at 60 fps, just like my buddies shiny new, expensive, cutting edge behemoth.  Difference is, the visuals on mine pale in comparison.  

Seems to me that FPS is getting a lot of attention these days, even though all 60 FPS games are not created (look) equal.]]></description>

Lots of games claim they are 60 fps but constantly go under 60 fps, shadowfaill for exampl on mp is 45 fps and goes to 50 if you look at the sky, never 60.
