There are 24 badges to be earned or purchased in total in Super Mario Bros. Wonder, conferring a number of abilities, both active and passive. Some badges even make the game harder. This Super Mario Bros. Wonder guide will list them all, alongwith their controls.

Add ! Blocks	Boost	Passive, auto creates preset “!” blocks in the course
All Bubble Power	Boost	Passive, all power-ups make you Bubble form
All Drill Power	Boost	Passive, all power-ups make you Drill form
All Elephant Power	Boost	Passive, all power-ups make you Elephant form
All Fire Power	Boost	Passive, all power-ups make you Fire form
Auto Super Mushroom	Boost	Passive, start with Super Mushroom form
Boosting Spin Jump	Action	Press R while airborne
Coin Magnet	Boost	Passive, coins are drawn towards you on their own
Coin Reward	Boost	Passive, farm enemies for coins
Crouching High Jump	Action	Hold ZL to crouch and charge up
Dolphin Kick	Action	Press R while underwater
Fast Dash	Action	Hold Y and the left thumbstick to dash in a direction
Floating High Jump	Action	Press B to jump
Grappling Vine	Action	Press R while airborne
Invisibility	Expert	Passive, invisible to enemies, but also to yourself
Jet Run	Expert	Passive, constantly dashing, but can jump in midair

Rhythm Jump	Boost	Press B to jump at the right time, to the beat of clapping
Safety Bounce	Boost	Passive, recover from falling into hazards, once per fall
Sensor	Boost	Passive, detect secrets nearby
Sound Off?	Expert	Passive, new sound effects
Spring Feet	Expert	Passive, constantly hopping, but jump is higher as well
Timed High Jump	Action	Press B to jump at the right time
Wall-Climb Jump	Action	Jump at a vertical surface, then press B to jump again
