All Dragon Vein Crystals and Essence Location in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty

The locations are categorized based on their missions, so you should be able to find them in a sequential manner and upgrade your character as the game progresses. Let’s begin:

Two Chivalrous Heroes

Item – Dragon Vein Crystal

Location:

• Proceed deeper into the level after fighting Zhuyan
• Climb the cliffs until you find the blacksmith, Zhu Xia
• Continue until you reach the county office building
• The crystal can be found inside the building.

The Yellow Heaven Burns

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location:

• Starting from the second Battle Flag, climb up the ledges.
• Continue climbing until you come across a Changgui enemy and a chest with the essence located nearby.

The Valley of Crying Wraiths

Items – Dragon Vein Essence

Location:

• Proceed further into the level.
• Climb the ladder and raise the Battle Flag.
• Descend the hill until you see a Shitieshou on your right.
• Keep going until you reach an area with two wandering Changguis guarding the chest.

The Demon Fort of the Yellow Heaven

Item – Dragon vein Crystal

Location:

• Open the front gate located just behind the Battle Flag.
• Look for the side rooms. The chest is in one of them on top of the benches

In Search of the Immortal Wizard

Item – Dagon Vein Essence

Location – Located near the final Battle Flag, You can find the essence on a branch above Zhupolong’s location.

Fall of the Corrupted Eunuch

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location

• Go to the bottom of the prison and face Battle Flag 2.
• Look for the purple glowing water in that area and go around the left side of the room (past the ladder) to find a locked door.
• Unlock the door and you’ll see a Marking Flag.
• Escape the prison cell and head left until you reach another locked door behind a large rock.
• The chest containing the essence is located inside this room.
• You’ll need Luoyang Dungeon Keys to unlock the door, which can be found inside the purple glowing water close to Battle Flag 2.

Fall of the Corrupted Eunuch

Item – Dragon Vein Crystal

Location – After reaching the courtyard containing the ponds, tin towards the temple entrance and Battle Flag. The chest is located toward the right corner of the room.

The Battle of Hulaoguan Pass

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location:

• Reach the encampment with a corrupted Battle Flag, given by an axe-wielding soldier.
• Use the ballista located in front of the flag.
• Aim and shoot the wooden barricade on top of the scaffolding.
• Climb up to the platform where the chest is located.

Centuries of Glory Behind Away

Item – Dragon Vein Crystal

Location:

• Defeat the lightning dragon.
• Head back to the closest flag.
• Go in the opposite direction and kick the water pot.
• Drop down and return to the rooftops.
• Keep moving along the rooftops and go past the dragon’s tail until you reach a ladder.
• Ascend the ladder and continue on the rooftops until you spot another water pot.
• From the water pot’s location, search the right side for a ladder.
• Climb the ladder to reach the chest containing the crystal.

Darkness Over the Hanshui River

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location:

• Start at the final battle flag.
• Move to the left and collect the item located at the end.
• Turn around and look for a small wooden balcony.
• Use a double-jump to reach the wooden balcony.
• Once you reach the balcony, you’ll find the chest inside.

Tyrant’s Final Banquet

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location:

• While inside the caves, you’ll come across a room guarded by a Zhupolong.
• Look for a hanging cage. The item is inside this.

Tyrant’s Final Banquet

Location:

• In the bamboo garden, run along the fence to approach the soldier undetected.
• Eliminate the soldier.
• Continue running until you reach the corner.
• Jump over the corner to the other side to find the item.

Fate of the Entertainer

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location – Atop the pond bridge, close to the patrolling Changgui.

War’s Flames Blaze Fiercely

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location –

• Run pass the Battle Flag on the rooftop and drop down to the canal.
• Drain the canal by pulling the lever.
• Use the ladder to climb back up to the rooftop.
• Drop down into the sewers.
• Look for the canal that you couldn’t cross earlier.
• Move past the two stone soldiers and cross the canal.
• Drop down and climb back up again.
• You’ll find the item on the rubble.

The Uninhibited Heart

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location:

• Descend the ladder from Battle Flag 2.
• Head to the right until you reach a drained canal.
• Look for a Zhuopolong and eliminate it.
• Climb over to the other side of the canal.
• Look for the chest containing the item.

The Way of the Warrior

Item – Dragon Vein Crystal

Location – The chest is located right behind the Battle Flag. You can access it after defeating the terracotta soldier.

Lu Bu, Mightiest Among Men

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location:

• Defeat the Zhuopolong and drain the area
• Raise the Battle Flag.
• Move past the two Shuigui.
• Look for a building containing human soldiers.
• Enter the building and turn right when you reach the exit.
• Turn right again and continue until you reach the end of the path to find the item.

Behold the Glaive of Righteousness

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location:

• Reach the foggy area at the end of the level.
• Keep going until you come across a Changgui.
• Defeat the Changgui and climb the ladder.
• Go to the right.
• Look for two soldiers guarding the item.

Behold the Glaive of Righteousness

Item – Dragon Vein Crystal

Location:

• Defeat the two terracotta soldiers guarding the door in the tomb.
• Enter the door and turn left.
• Keep to the left and move forward towards the opposite side of the room.
• Look for a demon wielding a hammer and go behind him to locate the tomb and find the item.

The Assault On Wuchao

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location –

• Raise the battle flag.
• Head to the nearby room filled with crystallized corruption.
• Look out for spiders and get past them.
• Locate the chest.

Decisive Battle of Guandu

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location:

• Reach Zhuyan.
• Look for a nearby house containing a Huoshu and go down the ledges.
• Reach the house containing the chest.

Mt. Tianzhushan Hidden Village

Item – Dragon Vein Essence

Location – This is the last health item in the game. You’ll need Taoist’s House and Backyard Keys to get this item. You can find them during these missions:
