Daughters, nightmares and more await.

Hide the kids – Resident Evil 7’s Banned Footage Vol. 1 and 2 are now finally available for Xbox One and PC. Previously, the DLC was only available on the PlayStation 4.

Banned Footage Vol. 1 adds two new missions – Bedroom and Nightmare – along with Ethan Must Die, a much tougher mode for players to test their mettle in. The second volume brings 21 Scenario and Daughters Scenario, the latter which is a prequel to the main story. There’s also a comical mode called Jack’s 55th Birthday where the player must feed Jack Baker lots of food. For real.

Resident Evil 7: Biohazard will see even more story DLC releasing in the coming months including free DLC purportedly out in Spring. It’s part of Capcom’s strategy to “stimulate” interest in the game and sell more copies.

You can read our official review here to learn more about the game which has been praised for reviving the series’ penchant for survival horror.

Feed Jack lots of food. Do it.

Capcom’s Resident Evil 7: Biohazard continues to receive new content. It’s second expansion Banned Footage Vol. 2 is now available for PS4 and offers two brand new missions to play.

These are 21 Scenario, a mission where you must risk your life battling Lucas Baker, and Daughters Scenario, a prequel to the main story. A new mode is also available called Jack’s 55th birthday which is more of a comedic experience that involves stuffing Jack Baker with a lot of food. We’re not kidding.

Banned Footage Vol. 2 will be exclusive to PS4 until February 21st. It will be available for Xbox One and PC then. More content will be coming with the Season Pass that features future episodes to play through. Free DLC will be coming in the Spring as well so there’s plenty to look forward to.

How are you finding Resident Evil 7 thus far, especially given how the story played out? Let us know in the comments.
