A new campaign DLC pack is out now for Gearbox Software’s Borderlands 3. Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption is available for Xbox One, PS4 and PC players, and sees the Vault Hunters traveling to Gehenna. This new location is home to The Devil Riders, a notorious band terrorizing Vestige.

Meeting up with Rose and Juno, two new NPCs, Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption provides new Crew Challenges and side quests along with new story missions. Some new weapons, from old Western-style pistols to guns with bullets that leave sticky bombs upon passing through enemies, are also available to earn. Then there’s the Jetbeast, a hoverbike which can be customized.

If that weren’t enough, there’s a narrator that will preside over events and chime in every now and again. New cosmetics are also available to earn (like hats because of course there are hats). With only one campaign DLC pack remaining, it remains to be seen what else the looter shooter can offer. Stay tuned in the meantime for more details.

The story sees the town of Vestige battling against The Devil Riders. You’ll team up with two new allies, Rose and Juno, in order to restore order and claim the bounty on the Riders. New loot is incoming, including guns that will insert sticky bombs into enemies while the bullets pass through. The standard assortment of Wild West-style pistols can also be expected.

Borderlands 3 – Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption is out on June 25th for Xbox One, PS4 and PC. If you haven’t completed the base game yet, don’t worry – it will have a character boost to let you jump right into the DLC. More details can be seen in the video below.

Gearbox Software has unveiled its third campaign DLC coming to Borderlands 3 along with a new Takedown. Launching on June 25th, Bounty of Blood: A Fistful of Redemption sees players traveling to Gehenna to take down The Devil Riders and help rebuild the town of Vestige. New Crew Challenges and side quests will be offered with some affecting how the town reacts to you.

Two new characters – Rose, who wields a pistol and katana, and Juno, a brawler with a past – are introduced. There’s also a mysterious narrator who will comment on things from time to time. Along with new loot, there will also be a Jetbeast hoverbike for travel that can be customized. You’ll also come across various environmental items like the Breezebloom for jumping super-high and the Traitorweed which enemies fight for you (temporarily, of course).

As for the new Takedown, it goes live on June 4th and will be free for all players. Players will go to Minos Prime and face off against some rogue Guardians en route to a new miniboss and boss. New cosmetics, themed weapons and gear will be offered for those who managed to complete it. Stay tuned for more details and gameplay en route to the DLC’s release.
