Of course it has to be real, the developers had hinted it a long time back and the game is rumoured to be set in an icy setting called Tau Volantis. Dead Space 2 was a great hit for EA with commercial and critical success, but the plot didn’t provide enough clarity.

So a sequel is certain. No, I’m not giving any hints – just going with my gut feeling.

But we have some proof that a South African retailer is taking pre-orders for a game called Dead Space 3. Now, some retailers usually get all this information from publishers early on and are kept on a tight leash, but some choose to leak it out like it happened now.
