Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Chaos Pack Now Available on XBox Live

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’s Chaos Pack is now available for purchase on Xbox Live. The new DLC pack introduces Chaos Mode into the Spec Ops mix, along with new maps and missions for avid gamers.

Chaos Mode can be thought of as a special Spec Ops Survival with score chains and bonuses. There are scores of enemies and endless weapons, and you’ll need to outlast them while chaining kills via multipliers across the map. Of course, there also power-ups to help ensure you get the highest score ranking possible. Chaos Mode currently applies to the Resistance, Village, Underground and Dome maps.

The four new Specs Ops Missions include Vertigo, Arctic Recon, Light ‘Em Up and Special Delivery, with the three new Face Off maps being Vortex, U-Turn and Intersection.

You can pick up the Chaos Pack from XBox Live Arcade for 1200 Microsoft Points. It will be released on other consoles at later dates. Check out the launch trailer below.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be seeing it’s final round of content collections by September. Activision recently announced that the Chaos Pack and Final Assault collections are set for release on August 9 and September 6 respectively for XBox 360.

Chaos Pack, will introduce gamers to the brand new mode to Spec Ops called Chaos besides 3 new Face Off Maps (Vortex, U-Turn and Intersection) and 4 new Spec Ops Missions (Vertigo, Arctic Recon, Light ‘Em Up and Special Delivery). Chaos mode entails outlasting enemies while chaining kills and power-ups for a high score.

Final Assault, on the other hand, offers 5 new multiplayer maps: “Gulch”, a mining town; “Boardwalk”, a beach level; “Offshore”, taking place on oil rigs; “Decommission” set on ocean liners; and “Parish” where players battle in the remains of the city.

It’s a good preparation for the oncoming torrent that is Black Ops 2, where Treyarch once again shines. More feedback on the content collections as they arrive.
