Mahthildis Forest:

0:07: After Flying out of the Old Monastery, right as you start “Chapter 3: Into the West”.
0:53: Left of starting area, before Tree of Thrones.
1:10: Just after exiting the Tree of Thrones.
1:33: In the cave you enter through a well in Capilli Village.
1:58: Left of Capilli village right before Plains of Rambet entrance.

Plains of Rambert

2:21: Near where Norah joins your party in Windwheels.
2:41: Same as above. Enter cave in the bottom left of the area.
3:10: Inside the Magna Golem near the heart.

Cliffs of Eren

3:28: just below entering the area where you find Tristis.
3:58: Above the mirror that leads to the Temple of the Moon.
4:22: After meeting Oengus. Fly up above a tree in Forgotten Tower.
4:46: In the outside area after doing Oengus’ quest.

Cynbel Sea

5:08: Just to the right of Piscean Village. Head to the shrine thing and fly up and a little to the right.
5:35: In The Gate of the Sun “crystal cavern” area.

Crafting Combinations:

To craft an oculi, the player needs to combine different stones together. And example could be:

3 x Rough = Tumbled
3 x Faceted = Brilliant
3 x Tumbled = Faceted

You can also try different combinations such as:

Sapphire + Ruby = Amethyst
Amethyst + Tourmaline + Citrine = Onyx
Sapphire + Emerald = Tourmaline
Sapphire + Ruby + Emerald = Diamond
Ruby + Emerald = Citrine
Diamond + Onyx = Spinel
Brilliant Diamond + Brilliant Onyx + Brilliant Spinel = Princess Stone

Effects:

Oculi can have an effect on your attack, timeline and armour.

Spinel:

Attack: Increase attack power by X%. (15%, 20%, 25%, 30%)
Armour: Increase speed by X% for X turn(s) when interrupted. (10% & 1, 20% & 1, 30% & 1, ? & ?)
Timeline: Begin every turn X% forward on the Timeline (5%, 10%, 20%, 30%)

Princess Stone:

Attack: Increase attack power by 40%.
Armour: Reduce physical and magical damage by 25%.
Timeline: Increase spell power by 35%.

Erin’s Stone: (Golem’s Plight Pack DLC)

Attack: +2% critical hit chance
Armour: +2% dodge rate
Timeline: If the wearer dies in battle they recover to 50% HP at the end of battle.

Sapphire:

Attack: Add Water to Melee Damage and increase attack power by X%. Water is strong on Fire, Weak on Lightning. (0%, 8%, 12%, 16%)
Armour: Increase Water damage resistance by X%. (8%, 14%, 18%, 24%)
Timeline: Additional X% chance of evading an attack while casting. (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%)

Ruby:

Attack: Add Fire to Melee Damage and increase attack power by X%. Fire is strong on Earth, Weak on Water. (0%, 8%, 12%, 16%)
Armour: Increase Fire damage resistance by X%. (8%, 14%, 18%, 24%)

Emerald:

Tourmaline:
