Namco Bandai today announced that Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi is now available for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

“Fans of the Dragon Ball series will appreciate the attention to detail taken in mirroring the popular franchise,” said Carlson Choi, Vice President of Marketing, NAMCO BANDAI Games America. “Fight presentations including battles with giant bosses and additional levels and fighters from the movies and Dragon Ball GT series are amongst the ways we’ve drawn from the original anime.”

Namco Bandai has released a new trailer for Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi titles “Android Saga”. It’s in Japanese, but it has English subtitles, so you shouldn’t have any problems with that.

The trailer shows some great footage, showing great art style in the game, some great, typical DBZ set pieces and awesome action sequences, also typical of the franchise.

It’s amazing how much it looks like the anime. If this is how the final product might be, it might turn out to be surprisingly good.

The game releases late next month for the Xbox 360 and PS3.

On October 25th, Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi will be coming to the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in North America.

A  new Comic-Con trailer for the upcoming Dragon Ball Z title, Ultimate Tenkaichi, has rolled out.

It seems like they’re going for a bigger scale than previous Dragon Ball games, so anyone wanting some more Super Saiyan action may want to start getting excited now.

Namco Bandai announced the release date and fan-decided name for Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.  The game will launch on October 25^th, 2011 in stores across North America.

“Fans of the Dragon Ball series of games are among the most passionate gamers and anime experts in the world,” said Vice President of Marketing at Namco Bandai , Carlson Choi.  “That’s why we reached out to them through our social channels and forums last month to find out what the name should be for the deepest, richest and most intense Dragon Ball game yet.  The fans have spoken, and today we’re happy to announce that Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi will be hitting stores across the country this October.”
