Recent Microsoft Store listings could hint at their addition to Game Pass.

After officially welcoming Bethesda to the Xbox family, Microsoft announced that several titles from the company would be coming to Xbox Game Pass this week. While it didn’t specifically which ones, Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition for PC could be included. This is following a Microsoft Store listing (spotted by ALumia_Italia on Twitter and which has since been pulled) for a PC bundle that also had The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition.

While Fallout 4 was previously available for Xbox Game Pass, it’s since left the service. The Game of the Year Edition includes all DLC and is bound for PC, which would be a first. More interesting is The Evil Within Bundle, which also appeared on the Microsoft Store before being pulled. This reportedly includes the base game and all of its DLC.

Given that The Evil Within and its sequel have never been on Game Pass, this would be another first. An official announcement should be coming today or tomorrow so stay tuned. Microsoft also confirmed recently that future Bethesda titles would launch day one on Game Pass with a few titles being exclusive to Xbox and PC.

Free weekend starts on February 1st and will end on February 4th.

Following a recent free weekend for Xbox Live Gold subscribers, Bethesda Softworks has announced another free weekend for PC players. It starts on February 1st and ends on February 4th on Steam. Much like before, the game will be discounted across its different versions.

Fallout 4 will be discounted by 33 percent while the Game of the Year Edition will be 40 percent off. All of the DLC will be 40 percent off as well though you can pick up the Season Pass for 50 percent off. If you happen to pick up the game when the free weekend ends, then you can transfer your progress over and continue your journey.

Just make sure you have enough hard disk space – with its various updates over the years, Fallout 4 isn’t exactly a small game. For those who’ve played the game recently, Fallout 4’s VR version is also available on Steam. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like it’ll have any discounts for this weekend.

Releases alongside the limited Pip-Boy Edition which includes a real-ish Pip-Boy.

Bethesda’s Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition is now available in North America for the PS4, PC and Xbox One. It releases alongside the limited Pip-Boy Edition which features a real wrist-mounted Pip-Boy to fit your phone into.

Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition comes with all of the post-launch content and updates including Survival, mod support, additional dialogue and choices and much more. It also packs in all of the DLC including Vault-Tec Workshop, Contraptions Workshop, Wasteland Workshop, Nuka World, Far Harbor and Automatron. This edition will run $60 in North America.

The Pip-Boy Edition is slightly costlier at $100 but also includes the Game of the Year Edition. However, since a limited number of units will be available, it might be tough to buy your own.

Bethesda recently added the Creation Club to the game to provide paid mods and though the actual success of the same hasn’t been revealed, fans aren’t exactly taking it too well. What are your thoughts on Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition though? Let us know in the comments below.

Fallout fans will have another chance to pick up the vaunted Pip-Boy.

Just when you thought Bethesda was down for the count with Fallout 4 – not including the Fallout 4 VR title that was showcased at E3 2017 – the company announces Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition and Pip-Boy Collector’s Edition for release in September.

Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition includes all previously released DLC including Nuka-World, Vault-Tec Workshop, Contraptions Workshop, Far Harbor, Wasteland Workshop and Automatron. Players will also avail of free updates like Survival mode and high-resolution textures, not to mention support for the heaps of mods developed thus far.

As for the Pip-Boy Collector’s Edition, it will available in North America at a few retailers. Along with a real world version of Fallout’s infamous Pip-Boy, it will also contain Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition and retails at $99.99. Both editions will be available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC on September 26th.

Meanwhile, Fallout 4 VR will release in Q4 2017 for HTC Vive. Find out more about it here.
