Sony has announced the next wave of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium titles. Starting March 19th, subscribers can download NBA 2K24 Kobe Bryant Edition, Marvel’s Midnight Suns, Resident Evil 3’s remake, and Blood Bowl 3 on PS4 and PS5.

PS5-only titles include Mystic Pillars: Remastered and Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot (separate from the PS4 version, which is currently available on PlayStation Plus). The sole PS4 titles are Super Neptunia RPG and LEGO DC Supervillains. Both should be backwards compatible for PS5 players, further increasing the selection of titles.

PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers can access classics like Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier, Cool Boarders and God Eater Burst. All three titles are playable on PS4 and PS5 and support up-rendering, quick save, video filters and rewind. There’s also Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy for PS4, which collects the first three titles in the series and DLC, and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure AllStar Battle R, a fighting game based on the well-known anime/manga series.

God Eater released in Japan last year and was met with great reception, receiving good scores and selling very well. It will be hitting the western markets as God Eater: Burst this year.

Stay tuned for more info, we will keep you updated on this. Screens and videos will probably be released during TGS, so we will post them if they come our way.

Namco Bandai’s God Eater, the extremely famous and successful Monster Hunter clone on the PSP that has till yet only been released on Japan, is now coming over to the west next year- it’s confirmed.

The game will launch as God Eater Burst in the west, and it’ll have several improvements and enhancements that the Japanese version does not have. The enhanced version of the game will be featuring twice the number of missions, customisable bullets and what will be known a as ‘Burst Mode’, in which we will be able to boost stats and offer special bullets. Apart from that, God Eater Burst will also feature tha famous co-op mode that was in the Japanese version of the game- it will allow four players to team up to kill gigantic monsters for loot, and we can team up with the AI if players are not are not using the adhocParty.

Namco Bandai hasn’t released any more information on God Eater Burst yet, but they promise they will deliver an experience “loaded with modifications, gameplay improvements and additional features”.

God Eater shifted 500,000 copies in three weeks in Japan. Namco will definitely want to get more money off this game in the west.
