The new show titled GTTV Presents Battlefield 3: Operation Gridiron will air on Spike TV this fall.  The show takes Quarterback Drew Brees, Linebacker Clay Matthews, Wide Receiver Larry Fitzgerald, and Defensive End Jared Allen and putting them in to real combat. In association with Battlefield 3, they will be using guns from the game and have scenarios setup just like the game. Filmed at a top secret location, these athletes can see if they can put their team work to the test as they battle it out in scenarios players will face in the game.  Check out Episode 3 above.

Starting today, weekly Tuesday webisodes will be posted at 9:00am PDT on the Battlefield Facebook page. The finale will air on Spike TV on October 24 at 12:00am EST/PDT and at 11:00pm CST. Gamers can “LIKE” Battlefield 3 on www.facebook.com/battlefield to view the Battlefield 3: Operation Gridiron webseries.

If you’re getting an intense feeling of deja vu, you are not alone- it looks awfully like The Godfather game, released in 2006.

It looks like players will be busting open rackets, beating up low-lifes, bribing cops and doing it all with that patented Italian-American twang.

Danny Bilson the SVP at the company revealed that the unnamed title will be 80 percent underground, and that it will be released in March next year.

Not only will the new episode of GTTV reveal the new Red Faction, but you will also get to see the world premier of the Crysis 2 gameplay, along with gameplay footage of F.E.A.R 3 and first footage of Vanquish.

Also they have Cliff Bleszinski, the father of Gear Of War, who says that “Bulletstorm makes Gears look tame”, CliffyB describes himself as the creative uncle to the new title although he is not the lead designer of the game he says that he calls the chief of People Can Fly(the company that makes the game) with ideas on a weekly basis.

And after calling Gears “tame” Cliff explains himself by saying that comparing the two is like “apples and oranges” and continues saying “Gears has its crazy over the top stuff with the chainsaw, but Gears also has a lot more themes of loss and redemption. Bulletstorm says, you know, let’s just have fun with this, let’s just go crazy”.

Bulletstorm is set to be released in Q1 2011 for the PC, Xbox 360 and the PlayStation3.

The next game in the behemoth Call of Duty franchise, Black Ops, is set for a November 9th release.

The game, which is being developed by Call of Duty 3 and World at War creators Treyarch, has also had a number of in-game locations confirmed. UK retailer GAME states that the action will take place in Cuba, the Arctic and Vietnam.
