<p>The indie developer Versus Evil announced that it shall be partnering with the Seattle based development house 4gency, to bring Habitat: A Thousand Generations for Xbox One, PC, Mac, and Linux.</p>
<p>Habitat: A Thousand Generations in orbit is a space simulator game that combines exploration, resource management, and authentic physics based flight, to deliver a space experience to the player different from anything else on the market.</p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">“We first saw Habitat at GDC.  Our team immediately loved the concept and how passionate 4gency is about their game.  Once we played it we were hooked”, said Steve Escalante, General Manager of Versus Evil. “Habitat will offer gamers a unique space survival experience quite unlike anything else, and we are thrilled that 4gency wants to work with us”.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">“The team at Versus Evil is absolutely the right partner for us to launch this game with,” says 4gency founder Charles Cox. “They’re a small, nimble and dedicated team that understands our needs and we are really looking forward to getting the marketing and PR campaigns up and running with their help.”</span></p>
<p>The game just successfully completed its Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign. More details about it should be incoming soon.</p>

<p>Orbital strategy game Habitat: A Thousand Generations in Orbit has finally managed to reach its <a href=" https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/4gency/habitat-a-thousand-generations-in-orbit">Kickstarter</a> funding goal of $50,000 so it&#8217;ll be heading to the Xbox One, PC, Mac and Linux as planned. Developer 4gency has since revealed new stretch goals for the same which will add new gameplay modes, multiplayer, new features and much more. What&#8217;s more, a new gameplay trailer for the same has been revealed. Check it out above.</p>
<p>4gency founder Charles Cox stated that, “We are thrilled to have reached our initial funding goal and to now unveil the stretch goals for Habitat. The stretch goals are features that we’ve put a great deal of consideration into, as we want to make the best game possible and give the community an experience they’ll love. We are very excited about the future of Habitat and can’t wait to take this game to the next level”.</p>
<p>Some of the stretch goals include individual tech trees for citizens and engineers ($70K), rocket arena ($100K), mod support ($115K), tower defense mode ($125K) and so on. Head to the project&#8217;s page on Kickstarter to learn more and back the game.</p>
