Mafia: Definitive Edition is a complete, ground-up remake of the original Mafia title. Set in the fictional city of Lost Heaven, Illinois, it puts players in the shoes of Tommy Angelo and follows his story as he rises through the ranks of the Salieri crime family. 

In our review of the remake upon its release in 2020, we awarded it a score of 8/10, saying, “Mafia: Definitive Edition’s narrative and visual strengths help it overcome issues in other areas to deliver a worthy remake of the best game in the series.” Read the full review through here.

Recent leaks have claimed that Mafia will also be joined by Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy in releasing for Game Pass in August, though the latter has yet to be officially confirmed. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming days.
