Before the Winters’ Expansion, Resident Evil Village suffered a strange bug on PC. It occurred after installing the new patch on Steam, with the game telling players to restart and then crashing. Oddly enough, this only affected the Steam version. While eventually fixed, the cause was never really discovered, which is even more ominous.
