Jurassic Park: The Game will officially be out for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PC and Mac, on November 15th, 2011.  The graphics look amazing and you find it is a whole new story, with a previously unknown dinosaur on the loose.  We can’t wait for it as Telltale Games seems to they might have another hit on their hands.

Here is over ten minutes of gameplay from the Jurassic Park Game from Telltale Games.  A family vacation seems to go horribly wrong.  We know that the father is extremely knowledgeable on Dinosaurs but has two girls to take care one that seems to possibly be infected by the newly introduced dinosaur in the game.  The gameplay shows you different choices you can make that effect the outcome of the games story.  It looks like a pretty cool feature to me.  The epic tale will be released sometime in the in Fall 2011 for the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Windows PC and Mac.  Watch the gameplay above that is just over 11 minutes of a taste of what’s to come.  The game coming to consoles has just been announced, so you can view the full Press Release for that below.

SAN RAFAEL, CA. – April 28, 2011 – Following on from its recently announced status as an official publisher for the Xbox 360^® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, Telltale Games, the leading independent digital publisher and developer of episodic interactive entertainment, today confirmed that Jurassic Park: The Game will be coming to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 platforms as a simultaneous release this fall.  The Xbox 360 version of the game will come to market in North America as a retail release containing the full series on disc. This release will be the first product published by Telltale on the platform under their recently signed Publisher Licensing Agreement with Microsoft.

On April 26^th Telltale Games announced a release date change from April 2011 to Fall 2011 for the PC and Mac versions of Jurassic Park: The Game in order to maximize the quality of the game experience.

Here is a behind the scenes video feature where the developers of the game talk about the dinosaurs in the game.  The video shows off some impressive footage as well as the inclusion on the T-Rex and Raptors which the game just wouldn’t be right without.  A new dinosaur is also introduced into the series that will be in the game and it is not a pleasant one.  Jurassic Park: The Game will be out for PC and Mac in April while consoles will see a release this Fall. Telltale Games just decided to let the bag open on everything they are working on including ‘The Walking Dead’ game.  The game is based on a TV series and the developers want to stay true to the TV series in all aspects.  More importantly the game will not be you average zombie slaughter fest but rather concentrate on surviving and not just from the walking dead but other dangerous survivors too, keeping a more realistic feel to it.  The Walking Dead will apparently be hitting all platforms toward the end of 2011.

That old game game that I’m probably the only one the remembers, ‘King’s Quest’ is being remade by Telltale Games with “all new episodic games and multiple series”. The ‘Fables’ comic book series from Vertigo will also be turned into a game coming to Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PC and Mac in early 2012 thanks to Telltale.  Jurassic Park: The Game is also under the wing of Telltale due for release this April.  Puzzle Agent 2 and Hector: Badge of Carnage are also coming to PC and iOS later this year giving Telltale Games quite a handful of projects.

Telltale Games and DC Entertainment Partnering to Create Games Based on Bill Willingham’s ‘FABLES’

SAN RAFAEL, Calif.–Telltale Games, a leading digital publisher, today announced an exclusive multi-platform worldwide publishing agreement with DC Entertainment to create games based on writer and creator Bill Willingham’s award-winning comic book series FABLES. All upcoming games are licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.

Game Informer has that latest screens for the Jurassic Park game from developer Telltale Games.  The game is currently slated to come out sometime soon this year (Q1 2011) and will be released for the Xbox 360, PS3, PC, iPad, iPhone as well as the Wii as an arcade game.  The screens looked pretty good for an arcade game and I’m looking forward to Jurassic Park: The Game based on the movie/novel.  It is supposed to be an episodic game series, which I suppose you will be buying more than just one game if you want to play it all, hopefully they just make the episodes cheaper if that is the case.  Other than the screen Game Informer has more info about the game straight from the developers themselves.  View the rest of the screens and the article here.
