PlayStation 4 Japanese Line-up Showcased in New Trailer

The Sony presser saw quite a lot of announcements and trailers for upcoming games, along with outlining the Japanese release date for the PlayStation 4 and the games that would be arriving for the same. It also revealed a new trailer which showcased all the games that PS4 players could look forward to.

The line-up included Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Killzone: Shadow Fall, DriveClub, Doki Doki Universe, Knack (releasing free with the console in Japan), Need for Speed Rivals, Battlefield 4, FIFA 14, Resogun, inFamous Second Son, Wolfenstein: The New Order, Psycho Break (aka The Evil Within), Thief, Strider, Dying Light, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Watch_Dogs, Kingdom Hearts III, The Crew, The Order: 1886, Final Fantasy XV, Phantom Breaker Overdrive and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

So when Sony indicated that the delay is to ensure the localization of all Western releases, they weren’t kidding.

Now the funny thing is: It’s easy to pick out the launch titles, but will we be seeing games like The Order: 1886 and Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain even in the next year itself? That remains to be seen. The PS4 launches on February 22nd 2014 in Japan, while it launches in North America on November 15th 2013 and in Europe on November 29th 2013.

Namco announces Shinobido 2 as PS Vita launch title

Namco Bandai has announced that Shinobido 2: Tales of the Ninja will be a PS Vita launch title when it releases next year.

The game will be set six months after the PlayStation 2 original, and it will have us play as the ninja Zen, slicing through feudal Japan, looking for former companions who attempted to assassinate him.

Acquire will be handling the development of the game, and adding new features like touch screen controls and new stealth based moves.

Rumour: NGP launch titles revealed

Jolt.Co.uk is reporting, via their sources, that Sony plans to release four first-party launch titles for the NGP.

According to a retail source, Uncharted, ModNation Racers, Wipeout 2048 and a title known as Smart Ass are going to be a part of NGP’s launch line-up. Their source also confirmed that a new Resistance title, will be released for the handheld between January and March 2012.

The source also stated that due to the recent earthquake crisis in Japan, NGP might be releasing first in the west.

Sony’s recently confirmed that the NGP would see an 2011 release in the US.

The 3DS was just released today and in some eyes has the most advanced technology with its 3D capapbility to watch movies, play game and more with out any annoying glassess to where. Just three integrated screen, you just have to make sure you are watching it at the right angle otherwise you won’t get the full experience. If you got it today tell what you think about it! Kinect to debut with 17 launch titles

MS has confirmed that Kinect will be be launching with 17 controller free titles to back it up.

These launch titles will be covering a wide array of genres and are meant to appeal especially to families who are keen on buying the motion tech.

Back in the day, the Xbox 360 debuted with 18 launch titles to support it.
