Ratchet, Clank, Astro Bot and Sackboy look to infuse a lot of Sony-branded IPs in the fifth season of the hit game. There's also some Disney mixed in with The Jungle Book.

It can be hard in today’s fast-paced age for anything to last too long in the cultural zeitgeist. For a brief period last year, Fall Guys was the game to play. To its credit, while it did taper off as many party games do, it’s managed to keep itself pretty relevant going on a full year later. A lot of that is because of the crossover appeal with costumes the game had with a variety of popular properties. Now, for the fifth season, it seems that will continue in a big way.

Fall Guys leaker KrxnkyFG, who has leaked previous season contents in the past, has given us an early look at the latest season collaborations. The big news for many will be a lot of Sony-themed costumes are here with Ratchet and Clank, Astro Bot as well as Sackboy from the LittleBigPlanet series. It also seems there will be costumes taken from Kena: Bridge of Spirits and Spelunky. While that’s the biggest skins from the gaming world, there is more, including something from Disney’s The Jungle Book. There’s also plenty of non-property cosmetics, all sharing a summer theme. You can check them all out in the video below. As always with leaks and datamining, it goes under rumors until something official is announced, but there’s little reason to believe this isn’t legitimate.

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is available now on PlayStation 4 and PC. The game is set to eventually come to Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and Switch, but was delayed with no timeframe currently being targeted.

The Vita is a great piece of hardware that has some pretty good games for it, but it's going to need even more to compete moving forward in the new generation.

Sony’s PlayStation Vita is a pretty impressive piece of hardware with a small, but good selection of games. On top of it, this little handheld powerhouse does way more than simply play games too. It’s a true, portable multimedia device that allows gamers to do anything from listen to music, surf the web and even watch Netflix anywhere they are.

Really, the only thing you can’t do with it is make a phone call, which probably doesn’t phase the owners of this device. What the PS Vita needs at this point are more games. While there are some good one’s available now, it’s not enough to really carry the PS Vita into the future. With the option to be able to pair this puppy with Sony’s PS4, there has to be more in store for the device. It deserves more than just being a vestigial extension to Sony’s soon to be released console.

1. God of War:

The God of War series has always done well with Sony’s fans, regardless of it being released on handhelds or consoles. It’s the franchise that most of us picked up our first PlayStation console to begin with.

A new God of War game may help to pull some gamers back to the PS Vita. There has already been an announcement for God of War one and two being released for the Vita, but most have already played those games. It would be great to see them in all their remastered glory, but a new game with updated graphics, new characters and most importantly a new story should do the trick.

Tearaway release date pushed back one month.

Today on their website, Sony owned game developers, Media Molecule, announced that the release of their upcoming PS Vita exclusive game, Tearaway, is being delayed by a month. Media Molecule are the people behind the PlayStation exclusive hit series LittleBigPlanet, and the upcoming Tearaway represents their first divergence from the LittleBigPlanet series.

In the note posted to their website, Rex — A graphic designer at Media Molecule — writes that this is a new experience for everyone at the MM, and that they are having fun learning the process of crafting a creative 3D handheld platformer, and are continually exploring new ways of integrating the PS Vita’s gaming power into their degisn.

Given all of the possibilities, and their relative unfamiliarity with the medium, Media Molecule decided to push the release of the game back by a month to give them time to tie everything together. If the presentation of Little Big Planet is any indication of what we can expect to see from Tearaway, they can take all the time they want as far as I’m concerned. Just give us a quality game.

Tearaway was set to release in mid-October of 2013, and is now slated to hit stores November 22nd, 2013.

And they mean anywhere.

While it’s doubtable that a construction crane worker would be playing the exact same mini-game he’s trying to escape from (the one called Life), Sony has certainly illustrated the point well with the launch trailer for LittleBigPlanet for the Playstation Vita.

As with the console versions, Media Molecule has jammed all the tools of creation and game design into a perfectly handheld package. You can access levels via WiFi, and take advantage of new game types, thanks to the Vita’s unique features.

And Sackboy. Because it’s not like he lets you sleep at night anyway.

One of the biggest and most unique titles this generation is non other than the Play, Create, and Share game – Little Big Planet.

As some of you know or may not know, this week is GDC, a place where we all got our first looks at Killzone 2 in 2005, and many other surprises as well. Sony will also have their conference (obviously) this week, and a game that is rumored to be announced is Little Big Planet 2, and that it will be released in 2010.

Sequel on the way!

Last year, the developer of LBP said that he has no plans of making a sequel and that releasing a full sequel is something he would never want to do. But….with many surprises like the latest Socom 4 announcement, i won’t be surprised if LBP2 will be announced.

There is no further detail of what the content will consist, but what is mentioned is that it will be bigger and better than the Metal Gear Solid level pack.

What i think is of course a both Ratchet costume , and a Clank costume, a R&C level pack with some additonal levels and trophies, some new guns maybe, like the Paint gun, some stickers, etc.

What do you guys think? excited for this? tell us what you think here in the comments!
