Might and Magic Heroes 7 takes place 200 years after the events of Shades of Darkness as the game picks up the story during the dissolution of the Falcon Empire. The game focuses on Ivan Griffin, Duke of Griffin Duchy as they pursuit the crown.

Might and Magic Heroes 7 is now available for PC platforms. The game was developed by Limbic Entertainment and published by Ubisoft.

The Might and Magic franchise turned 20, and Ubisoft has released a new video with Jon Van Caneghem, the father of the Might & Magic Heroes saga, discussing the inception of the brand, as well as its growth over the years. if you have ever enjoyed the Might and Magic games, this video is something you absolutely must watch.

In addition, as part of the 20^th Heroes anniversary and to thank the community, some free content will be released post-launch for Might and Magic Heroes VII. Thanks to the very advanced modding tools available in Might & Magic Heroes VII, the team has planned to deliver eight unproduced Heroes IV maps. Based on scripts written by Heroes IV’s original writer, Terry Ray, these stories will finally be brought to life with Heroes VII’s engine, and will enlarge the already massive content present in the base game.

These modding tools will also be made available to the community as well, so players can continue to make maps and content for the game even after they are done with everything else.

Might and Magic Heroes VII launches on September 29, exclusively for Windows PCs.

Do you all remember Might and Magic? The classic turn based strategy franchise will be returning soon, launching exclusively for Windows powered PCs in 2015.

The game will also allow fans to have a degree of say in its development, as Ubisoft also confirmed that fans will be able to choose two of the six factions that will be playable in the final release, via a vote.
