Injustice 2 is a DC all stars crossover fighting game, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that one of DC’s biggest characters – in fact, let’s come out and say it, probably their biggest one other than Batman himself – will be in it, too. No, I’m not talking about Superman, I’m talking about The Joker, who appears to have been leaked for the game.

Unfortunately, the video which leaked him was taken down (lending credence to the veracity of the leak). That said, the good news is we have screenshots (courtesy of MP1ST)- you can check them out below. That’s The Joker, alright- it should be fun to come across him in the final game.

He’s not all, either- Darkseid, DC’s cosmic big baddie, will be in Injustice 2, too. This time, we do have a video, and it’s embedded below. Make sure to check it out. Injustice 2 will be launching on PS4 and Xbox One on May 16.

Injustice 2 just got the newest trailer in its ongoing Shattered Alliances series. The newest trailer highlights Brainiac, the deadly foe of Superman, and the mastermind who has orchestrated the events that have led to the conflict that Injustice 2 is about in the first place. For sheer story and lore reasons alone, comic book fans should greatly enjoy this new trailer and what it has to offer.

You can check out the trailer below- Brainiac truly seems like a foe who will make for a worthy adversary in Injustice 2. Given how historically weak fighting game enemies can be, we can only hope his stature is done justice by NetherRealms.

Injustice 2, the sequel to Warner Bros.’s hit fighting game starring DC Comics characters, just received a brand new trailer, introducing none other than everyone’s famous speedster- The Flash. The Fastest Man Alive returns in Injustice 2 to battle against Superman’s Regime- bringing with him a diverse repertoire of moves that is sure to make him a fan favorite.

Now, to be fair, this isn’t exactly unexpected- a DC fighter was always obviously going to have The Flash- still, if nothing else, his moves and exact incarnation in the game are good to have confirmed.

You can check out the trailer, that introduces him, as well as his moves and his role in the story, below. The scarlet speedster looks like he may end up being one of the best, best playing characters in the game after all- and it also looks like he will be one of the greatest assets in the fight against Superman.

New look, same mechanics.

While Injustice 2 features substantial visual upgrades from the original, most of the game’s core mechanics remain the same. Players will still make use of character traits, clashes, stage transitions and intractable environments in order to dominate their foes. For fans of the first game it’s a sign that the core mechanics remain the same, but if you’re burning out on Injustice, the sequel may not be the breath of fresh air you were hoping for.

A brand new trailer for Injustice 2 is now out, and it reveals, among other things, Black Adam, who will apparently be joining the fight in the sequel to Warner Bros. and Nether Realms DC crossover fighting game. Black Adams is supposed to be a feared and powerful enemy, who is nevertheless trying to clear his name.

The trailer also has footage of Supergirl, who is trying to find the balance between Superman’s rule and Batman’s resistance to it. The challenges she faces, being caught between two warring titans as she is, are also highlighted. The new trailer is the third part in the ‘Shattered Alliances’ series of trailers that Warner Bros. has prepare for this game.

Injustice 2 will be releasing on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on May 16. It looks to be a significant expansion of the original game in every way, although its insistence on microtransactions may spoil what would otherwise have been a perfectly good fighter for some.

A new trailer has been released for Injustice 2, and it shows off Cheetah, DC’s famous antagonist who has squared off against Wonder Woman since time immemorial. Cheetah was originally an archaeologist who took to insidious means to claim the power of a God- and has been paying the price for it ever since, having been twisted and turned into something truly evil.

The trailer gives us an overview of the character, showing us how she will work within the context of the game, and her moves and special abilities. It appears as though she will end up being a favorite of quite a few users- though of course, it is hard to tell how good a character will be in a fighting game until the metagame around higher level play has coalesced.

Looks like Injustice 2 is real, after all. A few days ago, we reported that Warner Bros. and NetherRealms’ DC themed fighter was going to get a follow up next year- and now it seems as though those rumors were right, because a promo image for Injustice 2 has leaked.

You can see it below- it seems to be pretty legitimate to me, personally. This lends credence to the entire rumor from last week, which means that the sequel is probably slated for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, and that it is set to launch some time next year. Given Sony’s partnership with Warner Bros. with the original Injustice (which launched on PS Vita, as well as PS4, but not on Xbox One), it seems likely that the sequel, should it be real, will be announced at Sony’s conference at E3 this year.

It looks like NetherRealms and Warner Bros. may be readying themselves to launch a sequel to their hit DC Comics based fighter- according to a rumor posted on GameBlog.fr, translated by NeoGAF, it sounds like Injustice 2 will be releasing some time in 2017- and that it will be launching on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC.

According to the rumor, the game will be announced some time between now and E3 next month. An E3 reveal, however, seems to be the likeliest here, possibly on Sony’s stage, since Warner Bros. usually partner with PlayStation for their games these days.

The original Injustice was made available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U, with versions also made available for PlayStation Vita and PlayStation 4. It was well received, with the single player modes in particular gaining a lot of praise and attention. Hopefully the sequel can build from what the original game, and capitalize on its strengths, while addressing its weaknesses.

It doesn’t seem like too long ago that fighting game releases on PC were a once in a blue moon sort of affair, but now, of course, amy major fighting game worth its salt gets announced with an accompanying PC version. Last generation’s Mortal Kombat reboot had a huge role to play in this resurgence, and the upcoming Mortal Kombat X will be no different either, as it has already been announced for PCs.

Once again, we see the move away from the older, 32bit builds of Windows, but apart from that, this isn’t exactly breaking the bank- it’s a bit on the higher side (and the recommended requirements are a bit absurd), but honestly, anyone with a midrange gaming PC should still be in the clear.
