Cliff Bleszinski’s LawBreakers might not be doing all that well on the market (it recently dropped to just 10 concurrent users on Steam), but it looks like the developers and publishers remain committed to supporting the game. Today, they released the All-Star update for the game, which represents the biggest content update it has had since its launch.

The major feature is the long-awaited competitive ranked mode, Boss Leagues, which is a ladder-styled competitive ranked mode. Boss Leagues will kick off with Beta Season 0, and the developers Boss Key will be soliciting feedback for the game very intently, inviting all players to share what they have to say.

That apart, it sounds like the mode will be really full featured- solo and dual queueing is available, as well as multi-region queueing, there will be six total tiers, two new maps, improved tutorials, profile icons and skin decals, and over 120 new items. Plus, if you want to see this all in action, at TwitchCon 2017, LawBreakers will host an exciting live show match at the Esports Stage on Friday, Oct. 20, 3:30-4:30 p.m. PT.

LawBreakers is available on PS4 and PC.

A group of former developers from BioWare, who were instrumental in the creation of Star Wars: The Old Republic, the Star Wars themed MMORPG from EA, have announced that they have formed a new studio today, and that they will be working on a new multiplayer game.

The studio is called QC Games, and it is based out of Austin, Texas. The studio is comprised of BioWare veterans who worked on games such as Shadow Realms, Rock Band, Dragon Age, Fable, and of course, Star Wars: The Old Republic. They will be working with Nexon for their new title.

“This agreement marks another milestone in growing our business in key markets, leveraging both the talents of our developer partners and our own knowledge of online games to provide AAA experiences that are customized for global tastes and audiences,” Nexon president and CEO Owen Mahoney said in a statement. “Dallas and the team of veterans he’s building at QC Games have played a part in creating some of the world’s most successful games, and we’re looking forward to helping them bring another hit title to market.”

“Having the freedom to bring our vision to life is paramount to me and my team, and working with Nexon America provides us creative control as well as deep support from a partner who understands the online market better than anyone else,” QC Games head Dallad Dickinson said. “Our goal as a studio is to create the highest quality games possible, and I feel this partnership, along with the first-class team who has joined me so far at QC Games, will make that a reality.”

Nexon America has entered into a publishing agreement with United Front Games, which developed the breakout open world title Sleeping Dogs, to publish the developer’s next big game. This will apparently be a free to play title releasing in 2015. Interestingly, this doesn’t seem to be Sleeping Dogs: Triad Wars – which will likely be published by Square Enix – so we wonder what it could be.

Stephen van der Mescht, chief executive officer of United Front Games, stated that, “Nexon brings an unparalleled wealth of knowledge of the growing free-to-play market. We are thrilled to partner with a publisher who has an excellent track record of building direct and meaningful relationships with players. Nexon America announced their newest upcoming release for the PC, Extraction. Extraction is an online multiplayer FPS, developed by Splash Damage and published Nexon America.

From what we know, Extraction will be a combination of fast paced FPS action combined with tactical teamwork, with a wealth of playable characters. Characters will all have different classes, styles and abilities, giving players the ability to customize their gaming experience.

Min Kim, CEO of Nexon America had this to say regarding the team’s experience with Splash Damage:
