Nintendo have started selling refurbished 3DS Units straight from its official website.

For $129.99, an Aqua Blue or a Midnight Purple 3Ds can be purchased directly from the website. The new price tag equals a $40 discount. You may also buy a Legend of Zelda; Ocarina of Time bundle for $169.99. These units also come with a one-year warranty that you would normally get for a new handheld.

DSi XL is also for sale, beginning from $99 to $129.99 along with a copy of Mario Kart DS.

Nintendo says that these refurbished 3DS units are “guaranteed to be fully functional”, with only the possibility of “minor cosmetic blemishes”.

“Authentic Nintendo Refurbished Products are the only refurbished products in the market that have been cleaned, tested, and inspected to meet Nintendo’s high standards,” Nintendo stated.
