Sledgehammer Games has released a number of DLC packs for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare that allow you to customize your weapon camo, aiming reticles, calling cards and player emblems.

The Standard Personalization Packs come first. Retailing at $1.99 each, you have a choice of Magma, Lightning, Creature and Nanotech shades. The Premium Personalization Pack also includes custom EXO suits and helmets – it retails for $3.99 each and offers the same shades as the standard packs.

Those who only want new EXOs and helmets can get in on the Premium Exo pack which costs $2.99 each and includes designs such as Steampunk, Panda, Barong and Hot Rod. But that’s not all – you can also partake in the World Flags Exo Pack which retails for $1.99 each and provides an EXO and helmet with a country’s flag colours. Options include United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan, Spain and many more.

Along with announcing the multiplayer demo going live this weekend on Xbox Live and making the Free Fall map, well, free to all platform users, Infinity Ward and Activision have announced that the newest personalization packs for Call of Duty: Ghosts are now available on Xbox consoles. You can check out the trailer for the same above.

What makes these packs different from the ones before? You’ll be able to play as famed villains from the franchise like Makarov, Zakhaev and Rorke in multiplayer thanks to custom skins. There’s also some dude in a Hazmat suit. The Hazmat suit does nothing, just so you know.

Makarov is the real star of the show here. Like with Captain Price, the Makarov Legend Pack will net you a custom skin, a themed weapon camo, reticle, patch, player card and custom background. It would also help to ask your fellow players if they feel like taking a visit to the airport and watching the planes land.

Infinity Ward’s Call of Duty: Ghosts will be receiving four new personalization packs on March 4th, and we finally get some new screens as to what’s on offer. Aside from the recently leaked Makarov Legend pack, we also have skins for Rorke (the main antagonist of Ghosts), Zakhaev (the villain of Modern Warfare) and Hazmat Suit guy (who wears a suit and that’s pretty much all we’ve got).

Each personalization pack will cost $1.99 each and can be used in mulitplayer. For those still playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, don’t worry – some new personalization packs will be available for the game on the same day, each retailing for $1.99 each.

These weapon camos will consist of three reticles and an animated calling card. There will be four in total – Beast, Dead Man’s Hand, Octane and Weaponized 115. Check them out below to see how snazzy (or tacky) they are.

The personalization packs for both games will release for Xbox users first, with PlayStation and PC users receiving the same at a later date.

What’s in store for those interested in blinging out their multiplayer experience? The various Ducky, Space Cats, Circuit and Inferno packs offer new reticles and weapon skins. The Special Characters pack provides all four Ghosts from the single-player campaign for multiplayer – so if you find Keegan, Merrick, Hesh and Elias intimidating, it’s your lucky day.

Of course, the real appeal lays in the Captain Price Legend Pack which allows you to play as Captain John Price from the Modern Warfare series. He has his own special personalization pack which includes a mustache reticle. Of course, we’re serious.

Finally, there’s the Extra Slots Pack which will increase the number of load-out slots for the Create-A-Soldier characters. The release of the personalization packs coincides with Call of Duty: Ghosts’ multiplayer being available for free to PC players this weekend.
