All three titles are available from August 1st to September 4th and are also playable by PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium subscribers.

Sony has announced the free monthly games coming to PlayStation Plus Essential (and Extra/Premium) subscribers in August. Starting August 1st, you can download Death’s Door, PGA Tour 2K23 and Dreams for free. They’ll be available to claim until September 4th.

Acid Nerve’s Death’s Door is playable on PS4 and PS5 and features a Crow, acting as a Grim Reaper, who harvests souls. After venturing to a realm where death doesn’t exist, you must gather several Great Souls to open Death’s Door. The isometric action-adventure title combines aspects of The Legend of Zelda and Dark Souls for a challenging but fan experience.

Media Molecule’s Dreams is part video game and part creation suite, with tools for creating music, animations, cinematics and games. It’s only playable on PS4 but has received significant support, including new single-player campaigns. If that weren’t enough, the developer’s newest game, Tren, is also available.

Finally, there’s PGA Tour 2K23 for PS4 and PS5, which offers pro golf. It features the usual 2K Games tropes like MyPLAYER, but you can also learn Skills and use Archetypes to customize them. With Casual Mode, a Course Designer, and more, there’s a lot for fans to dive into.

2K Sports has also confirmed more content for the future, including the addition of Nelly Korda, new courses, Eastside Golf gear, and more.

2K Sports has announced that John Cena of WWE and Fast and Furious fame will join PGA Tour 2K23 on April 7th. Cena will be a playable character and joins the likes of NBA legend Michael Jordan and NBA player Steph Curry.

PGA Tour 2K23 was released in October 2022 for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC and Xbox One and received an average critical reaction (check out our review for more details). Nevertheless, it’s still getting more content. As VGC reports, pro golfer Nelly Korda will be playable. New courses like Spyglass Hill and Pinehurst No 2 are also being added along with Eastside Golf gear.

It’s worth noting that Cena’s arrival in PGA Tour 2K23 coincides with the release of EA Sports PGA Tour. The latter was delayed from March 24th and is the first title in the franchise since Rory McIlroy PGA Tour in 2015. Stay tuned for more details on it in the coming week.

Bayonetta 3, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope, NHL 23, and more also ranked in the top 20 best-selling titles for the month.

Mat Piscatella, executive director of The NPD Group, revealed sales figures and data for hardware and software sales in the United States for October 2022. Video game content sales hit $3.7 billion, up two percent year over year, with console and PC content spending seeing percentage growth in the double digits.

It was driven by Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, which secured the top spot for the month. Hardly surprising, given that it crossed $1 billion in revenue within ten days of launching. Despite a mixed critical reception, Gotham Knights ranked in second place and debuted as the 14th best-selling game of the year-to-date. Interestingly, October’s top 20 best-sellers were new titles, including NHL 23 in fifth place, Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope in the sixth, Bayonetta 3 in ninth, and Star Ocean: The Divine Force in 14th.

Even Dragon Ball: The Breakers secured a spot in 16th place, with Take Two’s PGA Tour 2K23 in 17th. For more details, check out the top 20 best-selling video games for October 2022, based on dollar sales, below.

Fans of the sport will enjoy PGA Tour 2K23, even if it's a little rough around the edges.

Like an approach shot that hits the green and rolls off into the rough, PGA Tour 2K23 has a solid enough foundation for a golf game with some potential for future additions and refinements, but it lacks the finesse or touch needed to make this particular game stick or stand out. There are a lot of things that PGA Tour 2K23 does well in making its golf experience feel precise and authentic, and while its list of players and courses leaves something to be desired, there’s enough content to keep you finding something new for a long time. Its issues are more around the edges, with its inconsistent feedback and unimpressive professional golf television aesthetic. I think there’s a pathway to a great game with PGA Tour 2K23, but it needed a bit more time to cook, or a mulligan so to speak, to get it on par with its major sports franchise competitors.

One of PGA Tour 2K23’s strengths is understanding that it’s a golf game and that nothing should get in the way of you playing golf the way you want. From the beginning, every mode, from MyCareer to local and competitive play, is fully unlocked with all courses and playable characters, including a special TopGolf game mode. In MyCareer, you can choose to play starting at lower amateur levels and work your way up to the PGA Tour, or you can forgo the grind and start at the PGA Tour right away. Your created character starts as a virtual nobody in whichever tour level they want and can work their way up the ladder to the top of the Tour leaderboard. In doing so, you also gain new materials and equippable items, like a driver head or an iron grip, that make your overall skills better. It can get a bit tedious to see so many different options for such minor changes on a club, but over time they certainly help you get better. While the number of game modes isn’t overwhelming, you get exactly what you expect, and there isn’t much else I would’ve hoped for in this type of game that wouldn’t come in the way of actually playing golf. MyCareer is a great starter point for anyone playing alone, and there are some good single round and tournament options, both online and offline. You can also play a true-to-form game of TopGolf, trying to hit the individual spaces for points against your friends or competitors.

"I think there’s a pathway to a great game with PGA Tour 2K23, but it needed a bit more time to cook, or a mulligan so to speak, to get it on par with its major sports franchise competitors."

On the course, the act of playing golf is pretty similar to other golf games on the market, most notably HB Studios’ other golf games PGA Tour 2K21 and The Golf Club, as there’s a lot of flexibility in the different ways you can play. You’ll most likely be playing Stroke Play most of the time, but you can also play match play or other variations of the traditional structure. There’s also a decent list of famous golfers and athletes you can play as, each equipped with different stats. Tiger Woods, Jon Rahm, and Rickie Fowler are a few of the PGA Tour players whose likenesses you can embody, but there are also others like Steph Curry or Michael Jordan, whose stats are set to be on par with the best of the best.

The list of courses you can play is a solid build on PGA Tour 2K21, but it’s still a bit underwhelming when compared to the courses played on the Tour in reality. It’s always fun to play at a place like TPC Sawgrass or Copperhead, and there is some great variety in the types of scenery and playing surfaces throughout the 20 licensed courses. It’s still difficult to not see a course like Augusta or Pebble Beach on the course list, but I’ll take what I can get. There’s also a somewhat dynamic course creator that lets you build your own 18, and while it wasn’t highly populated at time of writing, I’m excited to see what types of courses the public will drum up.

PGA Tour 2K23’s mechanics aren’t particularly different from previous HB Studios games, though there are some builds that refine the formula. Swings can be done in two ways, for instance. The first is an analog system, a variation of one we’ve seen in past games, that combines your power, accuracy, and timing to create the final version of your shot. The second is a three button press system that’s new to the series but familiar to other competing golf games. I chose to stick with the analog system more often than not, primarily because it resembles more of a real-life swing and leaves a good amount of room for error and correction.

"PGA Tour 2K23’s mechanics aren’t particularly different from previous HB Studios games, though there are some builds that refine the formula."

Both swing types lead to generally the same amount of difficulty and results, but they aren’t perfect in doing so. With the analog swing system, for example, the timing aspect of your swing feels less consistent than I’d hope. You’re hoping to have perfect timing, but if you’re in a margin of error on either the fast or slow side, you’ll still hit it relatively well with a slight hook or slice, respectively. I ran into some troubles, though, when I’d unexpectedly hit it too slowly, readjust, and then unknowingly swing too fast, resulting in shots that look less like a professional golfer’s and more like my own. Timing is slightly different for each unique player, too, so it’s a recurring problem when you try someone else out. I also had a repeated issue where the power meter would hitch on my backswing, resulting in low power and poor timing on my swings, and the inability to take a mulligan or rewind a shot means that the game’s glitch would cause me to eat a couple of penalty strokes.

When choosing your shot, I’m a big fan of the variety of shots you can elect between. On your approach shots, you can hit the ball normally, or you can hit a chip, pitch, or flop shot, among others. Your ability to change the ball’s spin to affect its arc or bounce means you have a lot of options to play with and nail down. With that said, there is still some tweaking needed to make it feel like a full simulation. Balls bounce and roll past their landing spot for what feels like far too long, and your guess is as good as mine when it comes to the degree of effectiveness of putting spin on the ball, especially when trying to approach the green with some backspin. Putting can be its own beast, but I feel the game does it well enough without changing the formula. It strikes a good balance between giving you the distance and necessary shot power without automatically giving you the correct line to sink a 40-footer. While it can be incredibly satisfying to make a long putt, I do find it to be too much of a crutch to have the putt line available for every putt. It’s too powerful not to use, as you effectively get to make each putt twice, but it can take far too long and feel overpowered for its own good.

While PGA Tour 2K23 has a solid game of golf within it, the surrounding pieces leave a lot to be desired. The announcers, for example, are painfully underdeveloped in their ability to react to your shots. It’s not infrequent for them to completely skip calling one of your shots or to talk about something fully irrelevant, and when comparing them to announcers in games like Madden or MLB The Show, it’s much less able to recreate the experience of watching the sport on TV. The fans on the sides of each hole are there almost out of necessity, too, but they don’t react if a ball is coming their way, nor are they at all felt in major moments, like at the end of a tournament.

"While PGA Tour 2K23 has a solid game of golf within it, the surrounding pieces leave a lot to be desired."

For a game about playing golf, PGA Tour 2K23 does most things right. Its mechanics are most of the way there, with only a few tweaks and increased consistency needed to make it feel exactly right. There’s so much variety in the types of shots you can make and the different lies you’ll have to hit from that it really does mirror a real-life golf round in a lot of ways. Around the edges, though, things start to fall apart, with the lackluster television aesthetic and generally small list of players and courses. For anyone looking to simply play golf, PGA Tour 2K23 will do the trick if you can overlook a few nitpicks in the gameplay, though it will need to be much more fleshed out in the future to be considered among the best sports games on the market.

We often speak of the deluge of releases in the Fall season every year, and 2022 is no different. October is full of games, big and small, from rally racing titles and sports games to epic adventures and first-person shooters. Want to play a grotesque first-person horror title in a nightmarish world? How about solving puzzles with LEGO blocks and customizing an amusement park? Done and done, with plenty of other options available.

While LEGO Brawls was all about combat, Clockstone’s LEGO Bricktales is a more chilled-out experience. You explore gorgeous LEGO dioramas, from deserts and a castle to Caribbean islands, solving puzzles and receiving new skills to spice up your grandfather’s aging amusement park. The main appeal is being given bricks and figuring out the solutions.

It’s an interesting mix of engineering and sandbox gameplay with five biomes to explore, multiple collectibles and side quests and a dedicated Sandbox Mode to tinker around in. LEGO Bricktales launches on October 12th for Xbox, PlayStation, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

Persona 5 Royal (Xbox, PC, Switch, and PS5)

After garnering critical acclaim on the PS4 for two years, Persona 5 Royal is finally coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, Nintendo Switch and PS5 on October 21st. As an enhanced version of Persona 5, Royal offers new story events, a new Palace, Ultimate Persona, quality-of-life features, a third semester, and a new party member in Kasumi. All previously released DLC is also included for free, and it’s also launching on day one for Game Pass.

If you’re yet to fall in with the Phantom Thieves and experience one of the best RPGs ever, then Persona 5 Royal is worth a look.

Dragon Ball: The Breakers

Ever wanted to play an asymmetrical, Dead by Daylight title but with Dragon Ball characters, running in fear from overpowered villainous beings? Dragon Ball: The Breakers is your oddly specific ticket, pitting seven ordinary humans against the likes of Frieza, Buu and Cell. Venture to different regions for keys to activate the Super Time Machine and either avoid the villains or use Dragon Change to fight back as legendary heroes like Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks.

The villain’s role is simple: Hunt down the survivors, level up and become stronger, and destroy any means of escape. That means decimating entire parts of the map, wrecking the time machines and beating survivors to a pulp. Dragon Ball: The Breakers is out on October 13th for Xbox One, PS4, PC, and Nintendo Switch.

New Tales from the Borderlands

Gearbox Entertainment returns to the adventure-style format (sans Telltale Games) with New Tales from the Borderlands. Out on October 21st for Xbox and PlayStation platforms along with PC and Nintendo Switch, it features three new characters – scientist Anu, her brother Octavio and Fran, the owner of a frozen yogurt store. Together, they’ll search for a Vault Key while hopefully surviving against Pandora’s various hazards and corporate entities.

As with the first game, quick-time events and dialogue choices can affect the narrative, resulting in different outcomes. Will it have Rhys and Vaughn in cameos? One can always hope.

Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope

Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle was already a stellar title that fused two unlikely intellectual properties together in a strategy RPG bonanza. But Sparks of Hope looks to be even bigger, featuring multiple planets to explore, massively expanded exploration with puzzles, side quests, and secrets, and a new antagonist in Cursa. Combat has been overhauled, doing away with the grid-based movement and adding new abilities along with the Sparks for elemental damage.

If that weren’t enough, new characters like Edge, Rabbid Rosalina and Bowser join the roster for even more unique squads. Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope launches exclusively for Nintendo Switch on October 20th.

Gotham Knights

Batman is dead, guys. For really real. As a result, it’s up to the Fumbling Four – er, the Bat Family to protect Gotham in his absence. Unlike the Arkham series, Gotham Knights is an action RPG with four playable characters – Nightwing, Robin, Red Hood, and Batgirl – each with unique abilities and play styles, gear, and stories to experience. As you fight crime, you’ll encounter classic villains like Harley Quinn, Mister Freeze, Clayface, and the mysterious Court of Owls.

Gotham Knights is out on October 21st for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC with support for two-player co-op.

A Plague Tale: Requiem

As the follow-up to Asobo Studio’s breakout action-adventure title, A Plague Tale: Requiem sees Amicia and Hugo on the run again. This time, the siblings must travel to a mysterious island, seeking a cure for Hugo’s disease before it consumes him. Things are far from ideal as mercenaries hunt them, and the plague rats are as hungry as ever.

With new weapons like a crossbow, alchemical potions, and Hugo’s ability to control the rats for devouring any foes, A Plague Tale: Requiem promises a much bigger experience. It releases on October 18th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch via the cloud, along with Game Pass.

Scorn

What do you get when you combine “ick” with a whole lot of “yuck”? Probably Ebb Software’s Scorn, a first-person survival horror title with a biopunk aesthetic inspired by the works of H. R. Giger and Zdzisław Beksiński. Explore fantastical, disgusting structures made of machines and flesh, implant various weapons into your body, and seek answers for this whole mess across a non-linear story.

Scorn may require around 6-8 hours, probably more, on your first playthrough, but there’s nothing like it. It launches on October 21st for Xbox Series X/S and PC, along with Game Pass.

WRC Generations

KT Racing’s final WRC racing game is out on October 13th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PS5, with the PC version releasing in November. It’s the biggest one yet with brand new hybrid model cars and revamped physics, 37 Legendary Cars, and 750 km of tracks spread across 22 countries. Progression has also been revamped, tracking tasks completed across the game, and the Livery Editor returns with more options and the ability to share your creations with other players. There sadly won’t be any post-launch content, but at least the new Leagues mode should satisfy fans for the long haul.

Dakar Desert Rally

If one rally racing game isn’t enough, there’s Saber Interactive’s Dakar Desert Rally. Promising the “biggest and most epic off-road rally racing adventure ever developed,” it offers 30 stages from the 2020-2022 Dakar Rally races. Players can race across a massive open world with officially licensed SSVs, quads, trucks, and much more while tackling dynamic weather like rain, snow, and the blazing sun.

With a Career mode, online multiplayer events, and four seasons to experience, Dakar Desert Rally launches on October 4th for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, and PC.

Marvel Snap

Are your current Hearthstone and/or Marvel needs not being met? Worry not, because Marvel Snap releases on October 18th for PC, Android and iOS. Developed by Second Dinner Studios, which consists of Hearthstone veterans, it’s a 1v1 multiplayer CCG with over 150 unique cards to play (and more coming post-launch).

Matches play out in random locations with different effects and players can “Snap” to effectively double down in a match. Whether it overtakes Hearthstone and Legends of Runeterra, the fast-paced gameplay and gorgeous comic book illustrations make Marvel Snap worth checking out.

Overwatch 2

Blizzard Entertainment’s Overwatch 2 finally launches on October 4th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, PC, and Nintendo Switch…as an early access, free-to-play title. It’s pretty much an update to Overwatch 1 with three new heroes – Junker Queen, Sojourn and Kiriko; six new maps; and the new Push mode. Assault is out, and teams now consist of five players with only one Tank. A seasonal model of content releases is also in effect, meaning no more loot boxes but yes to an in-game store and Battle Passes.

Time will tell how it pans out. All players will need to enable SMS Protect while new players have to unlock each hero and play 50 Quick Play matches to unlock Competitive (not to mention unlocking Kiriko and future new heroes in the Battle Pass). But at least it supports crossplay and cross-progression with all Overwatch 1 cosmetics carrying over.

PGA Tour 2K23

Two years after PGA Tour 2K21, the next edition of 2K Games’ golfing simulator will release on October 14th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, PS4, and PS5. Aside from the usual PGA Tour mode and MyPLAYER (which offers new skills and archetypes), male and female pros are now playable. The Course Designer also returns with cross-platform support and online sharing. With multiple control options, online multiplayer (including Divot Derby) and Online Societies for Clubhouses, it should be a sizable leap over its predecessor.

NHL 23

Also launching on October 14th is EA Sports’ NHL 23. Along with mixed women’s and men’s teams in Ultimate Team mode, the hockey sim offers new gameplay features like Last Chance Puck Movement. It allows for hitting the puck even after tripping, with players taking advantage of new Stumble Actions to score. Enhanced goalie AI, on-ice projections, more customization in HUT to go with new reward tiers in the rotating HUT Rivals playlist, and more also await. NHL 23 will be available for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, and PS5 at launch.

Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed

Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed is IllFonic’s latest asymmetrical multiplayer title, which sees a squad of four Ghostbusters taking on a single mischievous Ghost. As the Ghostbusters, one must explore a map and track down the Ghost, taking care to calm civilians in the process. Meanwhile, the Ghost must terrorize everyone, possessing objects to stay hidden and ultimately evading capture to haunt a location.

With crossplay, original actors like Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson reprising their original roles, and co-op and offline play, Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed should be a fun diversion when it launches on October 18th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC. And remember – don’t cross the streams.

Bayonetta 3

The Umbra Witch finally returns as Bayonetta 3 launches exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on October 28th. While the basic hack and slash combat remains, the sequel introduces several new mechanics. Demon Slave allows for directly controlling Infernal Demons to bash giant foes, while Demon Masquerade sees Bayonetta fusing with a demon to gain new abilities. Throw in new weapons, a new playable character Viola, and a multi-world threat in the form of the Singularity, and Bayonetta 3 promises to be the series’ most explosive title yet.

Second Extinction

Systemic Reaction, which has been in the news for its upcoming open-world rogue-lite Ravenbound, will finally release its co-op dinosaur shooter Second Extinction on October 20th for Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC. The idea is to survive against hordes of dinosaurs with two other players, and there are six heroes, 11 weapons and multiple missions to tackle.

The real twist is War Effort where the threat level of a region increases or decreases based on how the community performs. If you’re still holding out for a new Dino Crisis, then this could make the wait easier.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Along with the campaign, fans can look forward to multiplayer with new modes and weapons along with a revamped Gunsmith. There are also co-op missions for two players and Raids that offer in-depth puzzle solving and firefights for three players. If battle royale is more your speed, Warzone 2.0 will launch just a few weeks later and offer a new Gulag and AI foes.

Here's what you should know about HB Studios' upcoming golf sim.

In spite of its popularity, golf doesn’t have the sort of presence in video games that other some other sports do, though at the very least, developer HB Studios has been putting out yearly sims to cater to that audience. In less than a month, PGA Tour 2K23 will land on PC and consoles, bringing another golf sim for fans of the sport to dive into, and ahead of its launch, here, we’re going to take a look at a few key details that you should know about it.

PROS

PGA Tour 2K23 is expanding its roster of pros, and for the first time ever, will allow players to play as both male and female pros in online and local play. The headlining playable pro is, of course, Tiger Woods, a man you’re likely to be familiar with even if you’re not much into golf. Interestingly, Woods is not only playable in the game, he’s also been involved in its development. Having served as executive director, Woods has helped fine-tune the game’s authenticity. In addition to him, the other eleven playable pros confirmed to be in the game are Tony Finau, Rickie Fowler, Brooke Henderson, Lydia Ko, Collin Morikawa, Jon Rahm, Justin Rose, Xander Schauffele, Justin Thomas, Lexi Thompson, and Will Zalatoris.

COURSES

Arguably among the most important aspects of any golf sims is which courses it’ll feature (and how many of them it’ll feature), and PGA Tour 2K23 seems to be looking to ramp things up on this front as well. The game will launch with a handful of licensed courses that, by the looks of things, have been brought to life with impressive detail and authenticity. In total, there are 20 courses in the game, 17 of which are returning, with three being completely new. Some of the officially licensed courses confirmed to feature in the game so far are Blaine’s TPC Twin Cities, Las Vegas’ TPC Summerlin, Shelby County’s TPC Southwind, TPC Scottsdale, TPC San Antonio, Silvis’ TPC Deere Run, TPC Louisiana, Pacific Palisades’ Riviera Country Club, TPC Boston, Charlotte’s Quail Hollow Club, and Atlanta’s East Lake Golf Club.

Meanwhile, the three new courses in the game are the South Course of Wilmington Country Club, the Renaissance Club, and St. George’s Golf and Country Club.

MYPLAYER

PGA Tour 2K23 is making some improvements to its progression systems as well- specifically with regards to My Player. When creating your new player, you will have access to a number of new Archetypes to choose from (the exact number has yet to be confirmed), while players will also be able to fiddle around with five new Skills as they finetune their My Player. Meanwhile, plenty of new unlockable gear and equipment is also going to be available, entailing a number of major brands, including the likes of Jordan, 100 Thieves, Taylor Made, Wilson, and more.

TOPGOLF

If you’re looking to step onto the green for a more offbeat golfing experience, PGA Tour 2K23 is going to have you covered on that front as well. This year’s game is introducing Topgolf, which, as per the developers, is best enjoyed when played with others. Players will take turns hitting 20 balls each- aim for targets scattered everywhere and score points by hitting them, with the player with the most points at the end obviously being crowned the winner.

COURSE CREATION

PGA Tour 2K23 is, of course, bringing back a number of fan favourite modes from its predecessor, covering both online and offline play. One returning mode that’s bound to catch the eye of more than a few players is course creation. The Course Designer in PGA Tour 2K23 is promising a number of improvements, chief among them being a larger range of objects to place in your courses before you share them online with other players.

NEW SWING SYSTEM

One of the biggest additions in PGA Tour 2K23 is a new swing system. Those who prefer the classic analog swing stick will, of course, be able to stick with it, but the game will also have the option of a new 3-click swing system, which, according to developer HB Studios, is much more precise. Using the new system, players will first hold down X (on PlayStation, A if you’re on Xbox) and time its release close to the power circle, then tap the button to determine your swing path, then finally press it again to determine whether it will be an open or closed club face.

ACCESSIBILITY

If that all sounds too complicated and you’re just looking for a casual bit of golfing fun, PGA Tour 2K23 will have those options available as well, with HB Studios boasting a new and larger array of accessibility options. This will include multiple difficulty settings, shot suggestions, tips, real time tutorials, Lie Management, the TrueShot System, and more.

CROSS PROGRESSION

While PGA Tour 2K23 doesn’t seem to be launching with support for cross platform multiplayer, it will, at the very least, feature support for cross progression within console families. That means that if you’re upgrading from PS4 to PS5 or from Xbox One to Xbox Series X/S, you will be able to take the progress you’ve made in the game as well as your Shared VC Wallet with you (though DLC items won’t be carried over). Hopefully, cross progression across all platforms, not just within console families, will become available following launch- though there’s been no word either from HB Studios or from 2K about whether there are any plans to do that.

PC REQUIREMENTS

Moving on from consoles, if you plan on playing PGA Tour 2K23 on your PC, you’re not going to need a very beefy setup. On minimum settings, the game will require 6 GB of RAM, an Intel Core i5-760 at 2.80GHz, and either a Radeon HD 7850 or a GTX 660 (2 GB). Meanwhile, on recommended settings, you’ll need 8 GB of RAM, along with an Intel Core i5-4670 at 3.40GHz, and either a Radeon RX Vega 56 or a GeForce GTX 1070. On either setting, you’ll need about 12 GB of free storage space.

EDITIONS

As you’d expect, in addition to its Standard version, PGA Tour 2K23 will also launch with a couple of pricier options. There’s the Deluxe Edition, which include both current and last gen versions of the game, three days of early access, and the Michael Jordan bonus pack, which will let you play golf as the basketball legend, and unlock four common golf ball sleeves. It will also include the Golden Club Pack, and Deluxe Edition Bonus Pack, which in turn will come with 1300 VC, a hockey stick putter, gold baseball cap, gold glove, and three Rare consumable golf ball sleeves. Then there’s the Tiger Woods Edition, which will include all of the above, as well as the Tiger Woods Edition Bonus Pack. That will entail a a Tiger Woods TaylorMade wedge set, a Nike TW Golf tee shirt, and three Epic consumable golf ball sleeves. Also included will be the Tiger Woods Signature Sunday Pack, which will give you access to a red polo, black pants, a black hat, a pair of Nike TW Golf shoes, a Nike TW Golf belt, and the Tiger Bridgestone Golf ball brand. Pre-ordering the Standard Edition, meanwhile, will grant you the aforementioned Michael Jordan Pack.
