It seems to be a rhythm game where you &#8220;tap on Pokemon trading cards to the beat of a song from the anime, &#8221; or so says <a href="http://www.gamesradar.com/iphone/iphone/news/official-pokemon-game-coming-to-iphone-and-android-this-summer/a-20110705102745703025/g-201010071388669064">a translation from Gamesradar</a>. Though this is the first officially licensed Nintendo game planned for the smartphone, let us not forget that Pokemon did appear as a mobile app in Japan in 2006 as a mobile phone game called Pokemate.  Alas, a release outside of Japan has not been announced.</p>
