Most of the trophies and achievements require the player to invest a lot of time and effort in the career mode.

Earned all other Achievements

Zero To Hero
Won the LMP1 World Championship within ten seasons. You need to select career mode and then choose tier 8. Play through your first season and at the end of of it, a few contracts will open up. Make sure you select the one that is the best. Complete a few seasons and you will start receiving offers from LMP Series. After winning a few series, you will receive and offer for LMP1. Win this championship and the achievement should be yours.

Defending Champ
Defended a Career Championship for three consecutive years. This will test your mettle as you need the defend the same championship for three seasons.

Triple Crown
Won three Career Championships in three different motorsport disciplines. Probably best suited for those who are unsure yet what kid of car or motorsport they prefer.

Hall Of Fame
Completed three Historic Goals and became a racing legend.

Fully Loaded
Signed 8 Endorsement deals

VIP
Received 12 Invitations. This will get unlocked as you play through the career mode. The more you win, the more invitations you will receive.

Meticulous
Completed every Practice, Qualifying, and Race session in every round in a Career Championship. Make sure you finish Tier 8 championship. You will be invited to a race in Brands Hatch, complete all three rounds to unlock this trophy/achievement.

Pit Boss
Created and saved a Pit Strategy. Simply go to ‘Edit Pit Strategy’ in the pre-race to unlock this trophy.

Requesting Flyby
Entered and exited the pit lane without losing a position (cannot be in last place). Set up a Le Mans 24 hours races and make sure it’s at 1% real time. This will put the race to around 2 hours. Next  set AI opponent to 0%, minimum 1 other racer, choose either LMP2 or LMP1. In the race try and get a lead of 1 minute 45 to 2 minute lead and then then pit. Exit the pits. This should unlock this trophy.

Consistency Is King
Performed 3 consecutive laps within 0.1 sec of each other

My Little Friend
Overtook a car using KERS

Grand Chelem
Got pole position in qualifying, fastest lap in the race and won whilst leading every lap

A Day In The Life
Completed a 24 hour race using only realtime progression (and why not stream it?!)

To Affinity & Beyond
Have an Affinity greater than 50% in all car classes. Go to your driver network profile  and make sure you have more than 51% wins in each class.  So if you have completed 100 races in one class, you would need to win at least 51 races to unlock this.

Home Field Advantage
Won more than 20 events on your Favorite Location. Select the “Quick Race Weekend” and then to “Glencairn West” and then select the “125cc Shifter Kart”. After completing the race once, make sure you did 20 times more and you will be able to unlock this.

Took a photo of your Signature Car on your Favorite Location

Exorcist
Beat a Ghost from the Time Trial Leaderboards. Select ‘Time Trial’ and then choose any track. Change the ‘Ghost Type’ to ‘Leaderboard’. Make sure you post a better time than the ghost and then this achievement will pop up.

Set a record at 50 locations (variations and reverse layouts not necessary)
