Crytek’s released a new trailer for Crysis 2 and it shows you why exactly being invisible is half the battle won.

Crytek’s releasing almost a trailer a day for the game now and we must say, we ain’t complaining.

No, it’s not a high-res one and you can barely make out what’s happening.

The image was discovered by Strategy Informer and you can have a look at it over here.

As you can see, the most striking thing in the image is that Garret appears in third-person perspective and not first-person perspective.

We know what’s really happening at GDC in a few days time, when the title is set to get officially revealed.

EA and DICE have released the first ever gameplay footage for Battlefield 3 and it’s all in-game footage.

The trailer shows you getting briefed and heading out for your mission and the visuals look stunning and better than what we’ve seen from shooters ever.

From Software’s upcoming game, Dark Souls, which they cite as being the spritual successor of Demon’s Souls has got its first ever official trailer.

The trailer has a uncanny similarity to Demon’s Souls but looks very exciting nonetheless.

Insomniac’s released a new Resistance 3 trailer at London’s PS Experience event.

Needless to say, it’s stuff everyone should check out.

Treyarch’s released a v1.06 patch for Call of Duty: Black Ops which fixes a host of major issues with the version.

The patch addresses quiet a few gameplay issues, including the notorious Second Chance perk. The list of fixes is huge.

Here’s the full list of fixes and features that it brings along:

New Features:

• New contracts added to the rotation.
• Added optional pre-match timer for LAN / System-Link games.

Issues Addressed:

• Fixed freeze associated with larger games.
• Improved reliability of players connections to one another.
• Improved ability to bring parties to the game lobby. Late party joiners would try to connect to previous lobby host and be denied if new joiners trigger a lobby host migration.
• Addressed an issue where the Host encounters and infinite spinning loading circle after a Host migration.
• Fixed a timing specific, long/infinite loading screen when joining games (sometimes giving you “Error – Read error (0×80010713) on file <map name>”).
• Fixed a timing-specific freeze when host powered down during host migration.
• Cleaned up the map search filter in the Community section (deleted unused entries).
• Fixed Combat Training’s “USE FRIENDS” option for bots names.
• Fixed issue with split-screen guest profile names being blank, resulting in matches never launching.
• Instead of showing the generic “Player” for offline profiles in LAN, we now display the PS3 profile name.
• Fixed Friends list appearing after viewing a Friends Playercard from the Leaderboards.
• Fixed filter so players can now view Friends on Zombies leadboards.
• Fix timing specific issue where the game can be put into slow motion.
• Addressed “disconnected path” error when using the doors in Radiation after a host migration.
• Fixed stability issues navigating lobbies after client on Split Screen Zombies quits out of a game.
• Addressed issue/exploit when removing Counter Spy Plane effects with the Jammer.
• Fixed a freeze when quickly loading maps one after another in private match.
• Fixed issue where players get primary weapons in Second Chance.
• Fixed “NEW” stamp not disappearing for Custom Slot 9 when highlighting the slot.
• Removed water vision effect when respawning after dying in the acid pool in Radiation.
• Several contract fixes.

Gameplay Tuning:

• Second Chance – players that put an enemy into Second Chance are now credited for a full kill once that enemy dies. If another player kills the enemy while the enemy is in Second Chance, they will get assist credit.
• Adjustments to the PSG1 with attachments.
• AK74U adjustments.
• RCXD adjustments.
• Silenced sniper rifle adjustments.
• Removed hit markers when shooting friendly equipment.

CoD: Black Ops is the biggest selling entertainment product ever and we hope all the issues with PS3 version will get ironed out soon.

The internet is buzzing with leaked PSPhone pics but this is the first time a video has emerged which actually shows games being played on it.

The games getting footage in the vi include Resident Evil 2 and a spin-off of Ridge Racer, titled Rage Racer.

Although, the device was rumoured to be announced during CES last week in Vegas, there was no formal announcement from Sony’s end and we are still in the waters as to when the device will get a public reveal.

Titled, Storyline, the trailer shows off the game’s story and how Sackboy joins an alliance in order to save his world from “The Negativitron”.

The trailer also has some other interesting stuff, including the use of digital puppetry in the game.

LBP 2 releases next week in and is exclusive to PS3.

Nintendo has released the official 3DS trailer for the device which shows off how feature packed and awesome the device is going to be. Warning- it’s in Japanese.

The device has no fixed international release date yet but it’s being rumoured to be releasing in March.

It’s hitting stores in Japan on Feb 26.

Moto Racer 3, the last Moto Racer game made by Delphine can be now purchased from GOG, the vintage digital distribution service.

Both the earlier installments can also be bought from there as they were released in Nov, 2010 and Dec 2010 respectively.

While the earlier titles will cost you $5.99 a piece, the latest one will set you back by $9.99.
