Well, it’s been 10 years since Unlimited SaGa and it seems a new entry to the series is finally on the horizon: Emporors SaGa will be hitting GREE sometime in the summer of 2012. The game will be a freemium (free to play, pay for special items) RPG.

It seems that no production of new titles in either series will be happening, but several ports are in the pipeline. No word on which games are being ported, but I’m hoping for SaGa Frontier 2.
