Ashley Johnson, better known as the voice of Ellie from The Last of Us, will be lending her voice acting chops to Telltale Games’ Tales from the Borderlands. She will be appearing in Episode 3 of the adventure game set in Gearbox Software’s maniacal sci-fi universe.

The news was announced on Twitter with Telltale community and PR specialist Laura Perusco stating that, “She’s amazing. Show, stolen!” Director of PR Job Stauffer further added that, “Without giving anything away, just know that she plays a *very* core character. Ep 3 is bananas!”

Tales from the Borderlands saw its second episode “Atlas Mugged” recently released in March for current and previous gen consoles along with mobile platforms. The game has garnered positive press since its release thanks to the writing and overall story direction. How will Johnson further add to the chaos?
