Techland designer Maciej Binkowski has spoken to <a href="http://www.polygon.com/2013/11/11/5093440/dying-lights-smoothness-of-ps4-makes-for-a-comfortable-experience">Polygon</a> about the upcoming first person survival-horror free run title Dying Light and how the PS4 version will incorporate new DualShock 4 features for the PS4 feature.</p>
<p>Switching your flashlight on in-game actually causes the controller&#8217;s lightbar to come to life. You can also tap the touch-pad to access the game&#8217;s menu, and Techland is working on using the controller&#8217;s microphone in order to shout at zombies to create a distraction.</p>
<p>Binkowski also talked about online footage sharing on the PS4 and how it&#8217;s of great interest to the studio. “To be honest, it’s my favorite feature of the PS4. Dying Light is a sandbox experience, there’s a lot of emergent gameplay. We can’t wait for people to use it — there are so many situations happening in the office where someone says, ‘Dude, I just did this and I couldn’t believe it!’ We want you to be able to share those stories. This feature is perfect for that stuff. We can even do things like ‘Kill of the Week.’”</p>
<p>Dying Light launches in 2014 for PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.</p>
