Some trophies are not meant to be earned.

Trophies are a great incentive for PlayStation players to seek out new challenges, but some of them are just a bit too difficult. These 14 trophies are the toughest you can find on PS4, testing your mastery of a game and seeing just how talented you are. Here are the 14 toughest trophies on PS4.

Valhalla – XCOM 2

Like many of the trophies on this list, Valhalla is all about beating XCOM 2 on its hardest difficulty, which is the Ironman mode in Commander+. It’s an unforgiving challenge that puts your skills to the test. It tests even the most strategic of players. If you can snag this one then the alien invaders don’t stand a chance.

You are probably better without these.

Trophies are an awesome way to show off your game accomplishments such as perfectly executed headshot or getting hold of all the collectibles that the game has to offer. Some happen to be easy to unlock while others are mind blowing headaches that are not meant for the casual gamer but only for the truly skilled one. In short, these trophies are just not worth your precious time and effort, so beware! For those of you who are looking to get a few easy trophies for your collection then you’ll want to stay away from attempting these.

Note: List is in random order. Some images and videos are used only for representation purposes.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag – Sharing is Caring

This Sharing is Caring for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag is purely luck based. Some may find this trophy easily obtainable but for the rest, this will be insanely impossible. In order to obtain the trophy, gamers must discover three items which are a Chest, Royal Convoy and a White Whale. These items are randomly planted within the game. Also gamers must be logged into PSN along Ubisoft’s Uplay using Ubisoft’s servers. If you discover the items and are not on the required services then you’re back to starting all over again with randomly generated spots. Talk about a headache!
