It seems you can download Uncharted: Golden Abyss from the Playstation Store; if you have a Vita of course.

The games aren’t readily available via the front screen, but if you do a search you can see them.

The Vita will be available on February 15th in the US, so such an early preparation is definitely not a surprise.
