Of course, there’s much more in store for May’s second wave, starting with Dead Static Drive on May 20th for Premium subscribers. It’s accompanied by Pigeon Simulator and Winter Burrow, with all three titles already available for Ultimate and PC tiers.

All three tiers can look forward to Souls-like third-person shooter Remnant 2 and My Friend Peppa Pig on the same day. May 21st sees the arrival of bullet hell first-person shooter Luna Abyss on Ultimate and PC (while also launching for PS5). If you’re looking for something more cerebral, then there’s Escape Simulator on May 26th for all three tiers.

Echo Generation 2 debuts for Ultimate and PC Game Pass on May 27th alongside The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition, which is also coming to Premium. Note that the original version is being delisted, with current owners getting a free upgrade.

Then there’s co-op title Crashout Crew and cozy bug-collection game Kabuto Park to look forward to on May 28th. Final Fantasy 6 rounds the second wave, despite technically launching on June 2nd, alongside Jurassic World Evolution 3.

Of course, several titles are also leaving on May 31st, and include some fairly heavy hitters. Enjoy them now while you can (or pick them up at a discount):

For those who aren’t enthusiastic about this year’s offering or want something sooner, there’s indie survival horror Dead Static Drive and stealth shooter Sniper Elite: Resistance. The former arrives tomorrow for Ultimate and PC subscribers, while the latter will be available with Game Pass Premium.

Egging On and Whiskerwood follow on November 6th for Ultimate and PC while interdimension survival crafting title Voidtrain leaves early access on November. It will be available for Premium, Ultimate and PC tiers. Great God Grove, Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris, and Pigeon Simulator are next up on November 11th while Relic Hunters Legend and Winter Burrow round out Wave 1’s offerings on November 12th.

Unfortunately, Microsoft has reaffirmed that S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl will be leaving Game Pass. Check out other titles that won’t be available post-November 15th:

Despite the “cozy” tag, the circumstances in Winter Burrow are pretty serious. As a mouse returning to one’s childhood home, players discover the burrow in ruins and their aunt missing. Thus begins the process of rebuilding, interacting with your neighbors, gathering materials, and ultimately finding their aunt.

While players wait for the game’s release, a new demo is currently available for PC via Steam. Set in Middlewood, it covers the first three quests and introduces you to the different crafting, cooking and knitting systems for about 30 to 45 minutes of gameplay. After returning from the big city, a woodland mouse is shocked to see the state of their home. Not only is it in shambles, but their aunt has also gone missing. The goal is to restore the childhood abode, collecting resources, crafting tools and more. There’s also plenty of knitting and baking to do alongside characters to meet.

Of course, plenty of threats await, including insects. A survival handbook is available for guidance, but players can take their time to prep. Along with character customization, players can also decorate their homes. Given the comfy vibes, here’s hoping the protagonist’s aunt is alive and well.
