News on Sumo Digital’s Crackdown 3 has been sporadic. While the action adventure title is still set to release in February 2019 following numerous delays, there hasn’t been a ton of information or gameplay footage since E3 2018. That will probably change when Microsoft’s X018 event rolls around on November 10th.

The Twitter account for Xbox Mexico recently announced in a Spanish tweet that Crackdown 3 would available at the Xbox FanFest. The fourth annual Xbox FanFest coincides with X018, and is thus the perfect time for attendees to try the game out. Interestingly, this will be the first time that Crackdown 3 is playable since its 2017 demo.

Crackdown 3 will be launching for Xbox One and PC. Reports indicate that its delay to February was the final time that Microsoft delays the title. It remains to be seen what kind of shape it will ship in. If you’re an Xbox Game Pass subscriber, Crackdown 3 will be available at launch for the service. Non-subscribers can check here for a free 14-day trial and sign up for $10 per month.

Microsoft’s Xbox Fanfest has been confirmed for E3 2017, once again bringing a special experience to a select group of lucky fans. Starting on June 11th, the same day as Microsoft’s E3 presser, the Xbox Fanfest will last till June 13th.

500 fans are invited to the Fanfest with 400 of the tickets available first-come, first-serve starting on April 19th (the first ticket drop will start at 6 AM PT). You’ll be able to find these tickets via #XboxFanFest and @Xbox on Twitter. No charges apply for tickets (though cancellation charges are applicable). What’s in store this year? Besides “more surprises,” eligible fans can attend the Xbox E3 2017 briefing and will receive a custom backpack with all manner of merchandise. Early access to upcoming titles and Project Scorpio will also be provided in a private event on June 12th.
