Gears of War 4

The Gears of War trilogy was wrapped up nicely, tying a bow on Marcus and crew’s fight against the subterranean Locust. But peace is fleeting for the denizens of Sera. A new threat has emerged and JD, the son of Marcus, has stepped forward to uncover the mysteries surrounding these terrifying new enemies. Above all else, Gears is finally back in true form.

Gears of War 4

The new Gears of War game is still largely a mystery. Based on the gameplay from E3, we know we will be slipping into the shoes of new characters, and going head to head with a new, crustacean like enemy, but not much else is known. Will Marcus and company make an appearance? Are the Locust still ravaging the planet? We have a lot more questions than answers right now, but at least we know that we can shred some baddies with lancers again next year.
