Yakuza 6 finally delivers a conclusion to the long and complex story of Kazuma Kiryu. The game represents the best parts of the series and polishes all those aspects of the series that fans have come to love. Like all Yakuza games, you’ll spend a majority of your time in this game doing the main story missions and exploring the wide open world. At other times, there are plenty of mini-games to engage in so as to keep yourself busy.

While the game continues a long-running story, it isn’t necessary to have played the previous games in order to enjoy this one because Sega does a great job of recapping past events. This ensures that even if you’re new to the game, you won’t really end up feeling too lost. Whether you’re a fan of the Yakuza games or just a fan of a really good RPG, this is a game you’re going to have a lot of fun with.
