The best example is the Thieves Guild--in order to progress through the quest line, you had to sell a certain gold value of goods to a fence, effectively having to &quot;prove&quot; yourself in order to progress. But asking for a certain skill to be at a certain rank to progress is just bad game design.]]></description>
