The storyline in Oblivion was much better than that of Skyrim. There were some moments of great thrill. But aside from that, the game was sooooo cliche! Generic faces, generic voices, generic quests with necessary killing in every single one, generic environment, generic dungeons, generic fields of Oblivion.

At least in Skyrim they tried to make the world look interesting. I’m glad not to know what is behind the hill I’m approaching.

In my opinion, it was much better then Skyrim, because it still had that Elder Scrolls feel, but Skyrim felt like a forced attempt into the new generation of gaming.
