This game forces people to be connected to their servers, whether you want to play alone or not. Why not. But the problem is, it just does not work. Servers are often down, when you succeed in connecting you have to deal with great lags.
The main problem is about communication. A LOT of threads on the forums are closed without explanation, the french community has no information from Blizzard (we have to go on the UK forums to get some).
Hundreds (thousands?) of messages are posted every hour, people are really fed up with the disappointment of not being able to play after work. No answers from Blizzard, except to close threads and making us even more mad at blizzard.
That was the last time i buy a Blizzard game.

I paid. We paid. Problems happen, but too much problems with a disrespectful lack of communication is too much.
