Decima Engine is owned by Sony and Guerrilla Games, Kojima is also in a partnership with Guerrilla Games to develop and advance Decima engine together and Kojima Productions now have a division working inside GG, along side guerrilla on the engine, aswell as serving as a back and forth between both studios.

Kojima Productions would be the third studio other then Guerrila to use the engine, Supermassive Games used it for Until Dawn and Kojima is using it for Death Stranding.

sadly no….It is a Sony published game made on a Sony proprietary engine.

Perhaps the Xbox version will come later.
