It was a mistake by whoever wrote the PSN market entry, not deliberate lies. The store page has made mistakes like listing Trials Fusion on PS4 at 720p when it actually runs 1080p. Obvious mistakes like these are usually corrected without notice.

PS4 is well over 8 million sales by now. Xbox is about ~4.5 million sold to consumers not shipped. The sales gap is growing wider. Not 5 million yet, but close.
