Wouldn’t say biased as IF it was they wouldn’t have shown PS4 being beaten by the i7. It was a test to show the CPU processing and data management speeds. You are correct in saying that little detail is known about testing conditions, but other sites have been stating simular tests like Extreme Tech.

We know the Xbone has the faster CPU but as we know a faster CPU doesn’t make it better than a slower one ( depends on CPUs ) and both consoles have freed up an extra CPU for developers, but no matter what is said or done we also know that when it comes to gaming PS4 takes the edge in gaming needs which has been shown by real-world-comparisions & face-offs.
