Uh no,I play massively single player exclusives of superb quality that are so good it brings me back to play it time and time again so much I’d never trade it in. Xbox exclusives are what your thinking of,dull boring pieces of garbage with an appeal that wears out halfway through the game and you don’t even finish them before your rushing to trade them in to play the latest COD that releases every 6 months. Go ahead and play your Xbox X polished turd games, if I wanted to play I’ll just pick them up on PC for $10 less.

You beat a massively single player exclusive a handful of times then trade it in at gamestop or it collects dust. I have been playing ESO every day since 2015 on my Xbox one. Sure, its on PS4 as well, but its no secret PSN is Trash compared to Xbox Live. You have fun with your exclusives. Xbox One X crushes PS4 Pro. Exclusives are 60$ one and done garbage. I’ll be playing ESO on my One X in native 4k UHD while your burning through 60$ single player exclusives that take 3 days to beat and get bored of.

You may be right, I just feel that they making less games each year is very strange, and making their games also available for pc weakens the need to buy their console in favor of making the windows store a bigger competitor for steam.

And, their latests conferences have shown how little they have in future aaa exclusives.

I think the consoles aren’t going anywhere. If anything it gives them something Steam failed at (hardware, living rooms). They don’t have to beat PS4. The xbox extends Microsoft’s store which includes things like apps, movies, music, etc. Which is probably important to them as they can’t count on mobile stores like Google and Apple can. Those are much more important rivals to MS vs Sony.

Yeah, I get that, too me it feels like the x1x is their last console, it looks as if they were moving the Xbox brand to compete more with steam than ps4

I know that I’m just saying Microsoft’s game output was never on par with Sony or Nintendo. It’s like Valve, people want them to make more games but they’ve taken a different path. Just like when people want Nintendo to create a console similar to Sony/MS. Nintendo is going to do its own thing. Microsoft appears to be interested in creating services around games and publish fewer first party titles.

No it wouldn’t! consoles are for playing games, and the xbox has been getting less games from MS.
